I've never considered deploying a robo vac until i got a feline friend that leaves hair everywhere. This robo vac amazes me with the mapping memory and ability to go over slightly different floor levels. The cat seems to becoming better acquainted with the robovac, Dustin, each time it vacuums up his hair.

After a long day of work, the last thing on my mind is cleaning. Bob is on a schedule while I am away from home and his job is to clean. While I haven’t figured out how to get him to clean the stairs or toilets but I’m very please to walk in and not see dog hair or dust on a hardwood floors.

I was one of those skeptical ones; I thought it would be impossible to map and would always get stuck. Bobsweep mapped the entire house, and all I had to do was map out no-sweep zones. Once I did this ,it is perfect! I highly recommend bobsweep!

This is my first bot and I couldn't be more pleased. The setup was easy and the thing mapped my whole house in an hour. Usage through the app is great. After about 15 minutes of familiarizing myself with the app it was off and running. My favorite feature is the ability to choose a quick clean by spot or room. I don't even use the schedule feature. I just pick where and when I want the unit to clean. The vacuum is strong and it picks up a lot of fur and lint. Full disclosure, I did get this on a "Deal of the Day" special and paying $800 less than the list price makes me like it that much more.

I love this thing! The setup was alittle confusing but honestly it was easier than I thought. The mop setting automatically works when you add the mop cloth. The hole for the water is kinda small so you will need a funnel or a measuring cup with a pour lip. The mop is more like swifter mop but it works to get a basic floor cleaning. It didn’t get under the cabinet edges but I won’t complain about having to do alittle work. You do want to maintain it but I few it’s worth it. We named it Bob and my kids love watching him work. Overall I am very happy and will not miss mopping and sweeping the floor all the time!

We have become quite fund of our new robo vacuum. So of course we call him Bob. It worked very well and is quiet, except when emptying but that is quick and saves a bit of work.

I had debated getting a Rumba, but didn’t want to pay the hefty price. Got the Bobsweep in a deal of the day for a great price. I do not regret it. One of the best purchases/investment I have ever made. It adapts well to area carpets even though I only have tile. Great cleaning power and the mop feature is great. It does not completely take off stubborn or stuck on stains but for the most part it gets the job done. Buy it you won’t regret it.

Does a great job cleaning my floors. Consistently runs on schedule picking up anything not supposed to be there.

A++ Vacuum, customer service has been on point already. Great vacuum with adjustable suction settings. App has been flawless so far. Happy with the purchase.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with this but a few things can be improved. The app should retain the no go zones if switch rooms instead of resetting. If you have one floor then this shouldn't be an issue. Another minor issue I have is it cannot detect cables so it always get stuck when there are charging cables hanging on the floor. But all in all, still a great product and I don't regret it.

I purchased this vacuum after moving into my new home that has hardwood floors. This machine does a great job keeping my floors clean. I run it once a day and it does its thing while I’m at work each day so that I come home to a clean home. Works great on the carpet also and rugs don’t serve as ab obstacle for this vacuum. Highly recommend.

No more pet hair on my floors. Vacuum does fantastic around edges. Hasnt fallen down the stairs yet either.

Have used this dumb robot for 2 months now. It does vacuum not bad. If you have a solid floor with absolutely zero furniture or items or cables anywhere, go for it. Probably very good in that scenario. If any of those things are part of your space, move on. The vacuum will ignore zones designed as avoid in the app and instead insist on getting stuck or tangled up with zero ability to develop it's own data to avoid areas. I'm convinced at this point it's not much more than a chinese spy bot as it will also tend to follow you around the house. Wish this could be a positive review as I want to like it. Just 80% frustration vs 20% function.

Im so happy i got this product. I have furbabies and this has helped me so much! I have this on a schedule to help keep the shedding at bay. Helped so much!

this Rock robot vacuum feels premium, smart, and very reliable with great performance, this is absolutely worth it.

Really liked how easy it was to set up and the app is very user friendly. Unfortunately for us, it doesn’t pick up as much as we would like. Best for light cleaning throughout the week.
