Customer Ratings & Reviews

Works great. Battery runs for about two hours, and cleans dust under the bed and corners usually difficult to reach. In the bathroom picks up all the hair in the floor. The only issue is that it does not return to it base how it’s supposed to.

The thing is fantastic everyone is fighting over it because the house is multi level. We plan on getting two more for entire house coverage. It gets all the dog hair up and the house is always vacuumed it’s really nice to have

I bought this on a whim when it was the real of the day. It was either this or hire a housekeeper! Between my hair, pet hair and a teenager, there’s always something to sweep up and Bob gets the job done! Because of our cats, I don’t let him run unsupervised but I do love that I can turn him loose on the floors while I work on my business and just check on him periodically if things get too quiet(he’s kind of like a toddler). He does an amazing job on our hardwood floors as well as our vintage area rugs. He even picks up the dry cat food the furry ones spill.

I love this vacuum robot. Does a good job, Programmed and it starts always on time going every where you want it to go in your home. It finds its way back to the charger when the battery is low. I love the fact you can set the program for it to clean every time it's charged up and takes off.

There was a reason it was on flash sale. Piece of junk that wants to mop and not pick up the dirt first. The cheaper DBOT is so much better, especially for dog hair. This thing gets stuck as well, like I spend more time resetting it than it does vacuuming. Don’t buy, you will regret it. Only ranked a two star because of the tough construction and battery life. Otherwise you been warned.

This little thing is amazing. With dogs this saves a lot of pulling out the monster vac. Picks up so much we do not even know is there, pic shows one weeks worth. I would highly recommend this not just for busy folks but for ANYONE. Easy to use with self explain buttons. Now if it made cocktails after a long day I would give 10 stars.

I came looking to see if I could buy a second one since mine is already over one year and decided to read reviews. I don’t understand the negative reviews it works really great for us. I use it on my kitchen floor and all carpeted areas, it cleans much more than I expected hence the reason I came looking for another one.

Works good in a small room without carpets it does great job at cleaning keep up to an hour.

This thing sucks. It can’t even transition from hardwood floors to an area rug, it gets stuck. I took a video but unfortunately I can’t upload a video on here. It struggles with something so minimal. My iRobot does a much better job picking up dirt, dust and animal hair. I waiting too long to really test this thing or I would’ve sent it back. How this thing was ever priced at $800 is beyond me! I’m mad that I wasted $200 or $150 or whatever I paid for this piece of junk. I’m just about to throw it out the window and buy another iRobot. This picture was taken when the sweeper was stuck in the same corner for 10 minutes!

Why didn’t I buy this sooner?!!! I love BOB. Such a helpful little machine. Cleans good and very efficient. I can multi task knowing I can rely on this little machine to clean multi surfaces.

Just received bObsweep late today & he is unbelievable. Simple setup, came with a REAL manual & he was fully charged. Everything was in the box except the AAA batteries for the remote. Vacuum with a remote control? It is handy to have if he is hiding under your furniture. Only gave him 4 stars because he hasn't cleaned the whole house, but will tomorrow. His charging station is unique. You can program him to clean while your away.

So bought it coz of the great reviews and the price was amazing. Have to remove some rugs and for some reason it has it in for the area rug by my desk in my bed room. Have the same rug in a different part of the room and no issues, must be the angle. Overall does a good job and I would buy it again.

Bob is a solid robotic vacuum. Picks up the top layer of dirt nicely when I'm out of the home; just set to Auto and let it run for about 90 minutes before finding his home to recharge. At first, thought it was loud but when compared to a normal vacuum it's not too bad and you get used to it even when running in the other room or at night when sleeping. Is true you have to pick up all large items/shaggy rugs/bathroom mats or else Bob will suck them up causing issues. Is also true can get stuck under furniture if the gap height unfortunately is same as Bob. Minor nuisances to me. Must clean it quite often, but that's expected with such a small catch area and tiny brush. Look forward to trying more of the options and settings, but so far my wife loves me for getting her this and really makes her happy when she comes home and Bob has done some work!

This is my first robot vacuum. I have laminate flooring, tile and low carpet in the house. I also have a greyhound with fine hair and moderate shedding. I chose this vacuum because of the good reviews and the sale price. I was not sure what to expect, but I have been very pleasantly surprised with the bObsweep. Set up was very simple and getting him going was a breeze. I had to get used to his erratic patterns but he does seem to get to every area at some point. My biggest surprise is just how much dirt this vacuum finds. I run him everyday and while I think he is just going over clean floors, he comes back with plenty of dirt! I have had this vacuum now for a few weeks and would definitely recommend it. A few tips - check the height of your furniture and the height of bOb if you want him to get under things. Also, I found that I had to replace some older area rugs with threads pulling loose as the loose threads will get caught and make bOb stop cleaning.

Love the vacuum portion. It does an excellent job with minimal issues in my home. I do have a couple areas it gets stuck at times. I have not used the mop portion because it seems awkward.

Bought this item because my wife wanted the mopping feature. We already have one device from a different company and decided to get another one. The amount of stuff this picks up is amazing and we keep a clean house. It’s a little noisier than our other machine, but it works well. Just make sure all your cell phone cords are out of the way. The mopping feature works pretty good. The product was a good value.

I bought this little “bob” hoping he would measure up to the other bigger names out there. He doesn’t measure up, he surpassed all my expectations and more. Lots of fun functions to still learn but each day I am pleasantly surprised! Got a great deal too according to Best Buy’s website original listed price. I would HIGHLY recommend this little guy!

I absolutely loved my Bobsweep! It does a Unbelievable Cleaning… It goes around my whole house and cleans all the corners of everything! I’m waiting for it to go on sale on the deal of the day so I can buy some for my family and friends!

I use it for the carpet and floor. It gets stuck at spots somewhere but am sure that newer versions will fix this problem. On the whole I like the product.

Vacuum does as it should. I have a Siberian husky, and he sheds. A lot. Bob does a good job getting up the hair. I’m happy with the unit itself. The missing star comes from the remote. It’s terrible. You don’t even need it. But they sent it… so I expected it to work at least SOME of the time. It doesn’t.
