The quests and story are good, well written and funny, if a little overdone. TONS of loot, once you play through the first time and unlock the more difficult Mayhem difficulty. Each character is unique & fun to play, the game also plays very well online, especially with friends.

BL3 is alot of fun. Youll spend alot of hours shooting and doing missions. I will recommend playing with friends to make it more fun. There is an increase in weapon variety and the Deluxe edition comes with the DLC season pass which even further increases the hours of playtime

I played the first 2 Borderlands games and the Tales from the Borderlands episodic game as well and loved them both. The guns are even more crazy and the story is as funny and entertaining as ever. The characters and side missions are great as well.

This has to be the best out of the series. I love being able to play with up to 4 of my friends. The story so far is really cool. Highly recommend

So Borderlands is one of my wife and I's favorite game series and we were super excited for the 3rd one after such a long wait. I would say we are about 75-80% done with the game and it has been very fun despite some annoying bugs and glitches. Numerous freezes and crashes, noticeable lag, and other annoying glitches like spending hours on a circle of slaughter mission only for the last enemy to get stuck inside a building and having to start over. Even though we ran into these issues we still love the game overall and try to play it everyday. Once Gearbox fixes most of these issues with updates this would easily get a 5 star rating. Until then its a very awesome and fun co op loot shooter that I highly recommend.

It's an OK game. If you've played Borderlands 1 & 2, it's more of the same except for these new things: 1) More guns, though they tend towards absurd versus useful 2) It is NOT as funny as 1 or 2. Unfortunately, Handsome Jack set the bar high as funny villains go and these two obnoxious twins arent, well, funny . . . At all 3) Looter shooters have evolved into a more meaningful experience and players expect a robust developed end game. After you beat the campaign it depends on your list for more walking guns. Same as 1 and 2, so if you played Borderlands 2 for more than 3 months, this might be for you. 4) Ultimately the game is the same. The genre has evolved as well as player expectations. Shooters are better (Apex and/or Fortnite have equal to better shooting). Shooters with 'powers' have changed (Destiny is a better example). Looters have gotten great (Diablo, Destiny, et Al). 5) If you are looking for 10-20 romp through a Looter shooter with the humor of an off brand Adult Swim series (as Adult Swim is actually funny), this may be for you. Otherwise, get it on sale in a few months.

Excellent return for the series. Done just the way a fan would hope. Don't even need to get the DLCs, the holiday bonuses are more than enough to draw you back in, not to mention the bazillion gun options

Love the game, same humor and gameplay as before. Just wish they increase the vending machines in the game..

Such a fun game - Gearbox did an excellent job of not trying to change a great formula. Graphics on nextgen are fantastic, the art style remains intact, & the mass-volume I’d insane weaponry returns. Enjoy!!

There is a vast amount of guns. It is super fun to play not well worth the wait. I have played every borderlands games and this one did not disappoint.

Enjoy playing Borderlands3. It's a good continuation of previous Borderlands games. If you like those, you'll definitely like this version.

Action packed game with good graphics. Good 2 player game

Some new characters to play, but the mechanics, mission style, etc. are little changed, if at all, from v.1 and v.2. Really the game feels like an added mission pack to previous versions.
