This game is amazing in every possible way. It will definitely be my GOTY. There is so much to do and you will always find yourself laughing at the ridiculous jokes and little surprises you find along the way. It never gets boring killing monsters and psychos. Collecting crazy guns is addicting and this is all the content in just the BASE game. They have FREE events like the Halloween one and they’re always giving away gold gun keys etc. Can’t wait for more in the season pass. RIP Gonner Maleggies

Great game based on pass experience. But we purchased it, because it was supposed to be updated for Next Gen gaming. But when we received the game, it was the same old format disc from back in the day. The ad was misleading. READ THE PACKAGING TO MAKE SURE YOU'RE BUYING THE RIGHT VERSION FOR XBOX SERIES X|S.

At first the graphics on this one seemed strange, because there was somewhat of a departure from the way it is drawn compared to the previous ones. It still has that madmax with a thick outline comic book feel to it, but it seems like they added a lot more detail and lighting/shading effects to characters. It looks good it just seemed different to me. I liked the overly simplistic drawing style of the previous ones a lot. After the first 10 minutes I was over it and now it doesn't bother me. The menu interfaces are all different and take some getting used to. I think the interface on BL2 was easier to navigate and compare items. Comparing guns and sorting what to keep or sell is downright painful sometimes now. There is also a learning curve figuring out the way fast travel works and they way missions are listed. Everything was spelled out for you better in BL2. Aside from all of these gripes the game is still great. New vault hunters to use, tons of new guns and gun brand names that basically of tell you what the gun can do or what to expect before you pick it up. I'm only about half way through the story right now and it doesn't feel monotonous at all. In fact I get surprised constantly by things I discover or by fighting new foes. Overall a great addition to the franchise.

Borderlands has the best “oh look what weird weapon I got and is it any better than the one I have? I dunno, but it sets baddies on fire and you can’t out a price on that!” mechanics

Borderlands is my favorite series and I loved the first edition of the loot and shoot game. The second was also good and the 3rd should be as well. Pandora does become repetitive though after a while.

Wasn’t bad but wasn’t mind blowing. Story is pretty bad and it took me a while to warm up to the characters decent game to listen to a podcast and shoot and loot. It sucks that weapon slots are tied to story progression and that makes leveling a second character a chore. Performance on the Xbox one X is not too hot however I did get the game on the epic store on pc and the performance is MUCH BETTER. R3600, 2070 Super The DLCs are very good, much better than the core game.

By far, Borderlands is so much better than the all the prequels combined. Better guns, weapons, characters, loot, and extraordinary story. This sequel title has so much more to offer, and above all. This game has many side quests. That means more shooting and looting!

It's definitely the best in the series but it still could use some improvement namely the load screens are crazy long. If your new to the series it's a first person shooter where you find lots and lots of guns with crazy builds and abilities. It's meant to be a goofy story filled with gunfights and encourages playing with friends. It's also not as enjoyable playing alone, it can kinda feel like your just going through the motions going point a to point b. But if you have two three friends I'd definitely pick it up. Hopefully it performs better on next gen and the load screens are way shorter.

I love the Borderlands games and B3 is an absolute addictive blast. Silly story, as expected, but the constant loot drops and search for better and better guns, and leveling up new powers has kept me playing well past the end of the game.

More guns, more loot, more crazies to shoot! More Borderlands!! If you loved the first two, you'll love this one. I wasn't expecting to enjoy it as much as I do. More of the same but very well done. Get it!

For the 3rd game in the franchise, they really improved the mechanics of shooting. Also the game is about the loot too and thats pretty good as you can find a really unique gun and use it for a few levels. Personal favorite of this game is switching between sidequest is really easy and I wish more games had it. The worst part of the game is the narrative. While it shouldnt be the main focus of an FPS game, its a step backwards from Borderlands 2. Also the the art style might be a hit or miss for some people as the art syle of the game is relatively the same as borderlands 2. Which isnt bad and the game still looks nice. Im just saying if your expecting a big graphical jump from BL2 to this game, you might be dissappointed.

I never thought I would even imagine enjoying this game. Had quite a few people at work tell me to give it a shot. Got it for like seven or eight bucks over at Best Buy. I’m telling you, it is worth every last penny you pay for it. The game is so much fun. It actually has entertaining story lines and dialogue. TONS of shooting and action. Even has a couple DLC that is really awesome. especially the love and tentacles DLC. You won’t be disappointed, especially if you like shooters.

This is a really fun game that can be played split-screen with a friend/family member in the same house. That's very rare these days. The problem is there are a lot of bugs. When playing split-screen, if one person is in the weapons menu, the game lags significantly for the other person. This means you essentially can't change out your gun loadout in the middle of battle because your partner's screen will lag and it makes it hard to play. Also, some missions don't complete even though you did everything. After restarting the game, you can try the mission again and then it will complete. So weird. Overall, an 8.5/10 for me that would have been a 10/10 without the glitches.

This game falls right in line with what is expected from a Borderlands game. Lots of loot and guns! I have not completed the campaign yet due to all of the side missions! Overall fun game

If you’ve been playing Borderlands since the very first game, then you understand how much Gearbox put work over the years to make every this Borderlands game better than the ones before it. It has better graphics, vehicles, jokes, and more variations of guns. It even has a system where you don’t even have to fight over the loot amongst your teammates (optional). If you like RPG, memes, and a gazillion different guns (e.g., guns with brains, guns with legs, guns that go pew pew) then this game is a must have.

It is every bit as addictive and entertaining as Borderlands 2. Fun characters that are over the top, great game play, plenty of weapons and mayhem! To gad the game is full of bugs.

Some people complain about the writing of Borderlands 3, but you can’t deny that the gameplay loop is near perfection.
