I've had the Bosch Ascenta for a month and am really loving it. It replaced a 24 year old GE dw that was on its last legs. Initially I had some qualms about the Euro tine design -- would my dishes fit -- but I find I'm able to fit MORE dishes in than before. And they come out really, really clean! Like another reviewer noted, my mugs had tea/coffee stains but after a couple of washes in the Bosch the stains are gone! And I haven't had any problems with pulling the lower rack off the track. Maybe if you were a burly strong guy that would happen (I'm a reasonably fit woman). As for noise level, the motor is very, very quiet but you do hear the water sloshing around. I think the marketing stuff lead me to believe you wouldn't hear much at all, so at first the water noise bothered me. But then I realized it's a dw, of course there's going to be water sounds, and I got over it. When I watch TV in the next room while running the dw I no longer have to turn up the sound. So the dw is really very quiet. I'm glad I paid a bit more to get the model with fold-down tines on both top and bottom, and two fold down stemware racks (instead of one). Really adds to the versatility. I use a lot of little custard cups for things, and they fit on top of the stemware racks when folded down, which really boosts the capacity. Bowls haven't been a problem. I put them in the top rack, usually where the tines fold down, and also on the bottom. Oh, and I love the sanitize feature for my cutting boards. Finally, the cutlery caddy is fine. I've used it both with and without the 'grid' and things get clean either way. Bosch really nailed it with this dw, it's a great value IMO.

Had to adjust to the layout of the lower rack, but I’ve been really pleased how this dishwasher works. I was really focused on getting a quiet dishwasher, and the normal wash registers 42-45db in my kitchen. This is more than half as quiet as the one it replaced which was hitting almost 60db. It’s really easy to get caught up in spec analysis. I was torn between this model and their 300 series (44db models), but I ultimately chose this model for the cost. Aside from looks and the optional 3rd rack, I couldn’t justify the $300-400+ difference in price in my mind. Glad I went this route. Installation is easy enough, but the instructions do not identify the location of the ports. The discharge hose and clamp can be quite stubborn, so make sure it’s secure. This does not come with an adapter to connect to the standard 3/8” supply line hoses. I’m pretty handy, but I give this 4 stars for install.

Cleans well. Extremely quiet. Decent energy and water saver w/ very large capacity, well worth a few extra dollars for the quality, plus it was delivered free- other cheap/lower quality models charged for shipping, so they were almost same price when you got to the bottomline. Would buy again in a heart beat, and have already recommended it to 2 friends

I bought this Bosch dishwasher to replace the awful Samsung dishwasher which was not even 2 months old and been fixed twice since installed. So far I absolutely love how easy and uncomplicated it is to use and it washes the dishes really well.

We have found the washer as quiet and washes well. Concerns are that the bottom drawer is very light weight and gets off track easily (irritating.) Also the installation materials do not cover up gaps on the sides and and top well so that a washer on an outside wall lets in cold air rather than being insulated within the cabinet.

Good price, works well, very quiet, and Best Buy seems to be the only one with them in stock when I bought them. Ready for pickup in a few days. I’ve never installed one before, and I did it within two hours (and two hardware store trips to match my plumbing).

A very well designed and made dishwasher. I installed it myself so I got to see how it was made and I was pretty impressed. In use, we have always used the auto wash setting with the sanitize setting and the dishes have come out spotless and dry. Of course, if you have glasses with a concave bottom. they will collect a little water and that won't dry. I have never seen a dishwasher that will dry that! Bottom line, great dishwasher at a great price. Consumer Reports gave it a great rating and I would agree.

This is a great dishwasher - the stainless finish looks great, it's easy to use, and it cleans well enough to satisfy the demands of a research setting. I did install this unit in a research lab and had to raise my counter top, so be sure measure this dimension if installing in other than a home. This does not only apply to this model as most are made the standard height for the home i.e, 36".

It does what a dishwasher does. It cleans well, it's quiet, and it drys better than my old GE.

Excellent dishwasher! It’s super quiet and has been cleaning our dishes very well. The only gripe I have, is the bottom sliding tray comes out of the tracks easily. Not a fan of that. But everything else has been great!

This is so far the quietest dishwasher ever. Cleans well. Bottom rack is sometimes difficult to maneuver items and the silverware holders is not my favorite but overall I can run it while we watch tv or stand in the kitchen and still hear everything except the dishwasher!!

We've had about 5 dishwashing machines in the past at our house throughout the 21 years we've lived here, and the Bosch 100 series is the best one we've ever had. The dried chocolate milk, along with all of the other large-family messes that we make are gone, as if they've been washed and scrubbed by hand! You could not get the dishes any cleaner! This is by far the most wonderful dishwashing machine ever! 5 out of 5 stars, plus!!!

I am completely satisfied with our Bosch SHE3AR72UC dishwasher, which we purchased and had installed a month ago. Having the display on the front, including the time when it will end, is very helpful...especially since it is so quiet. Our dishes come out clean and dry. The silverware baskets have plenty of slots to place our silverware and shorter spatulas. The top "shelf" for longer utensils is very convenient. My sister purchased this same Bosch dishwasher over a year ago and highly recommended it to me. This was an excellent purchase!

I like the dishwasher very much. Very quiet and has an expression cycle of 40 minutes. Love that. The installer was very knowledgeable and did a great job of installing the machine. The team was on time and was able to do the installation quickly!

We're loving this dishwasher so far. Had a Kitchenaid dishwasher before and this seems to do a whole lot better than the old one. Even seemed to clean off caked on stains when the old one couldn't!

It's so quiet. You can watch television and stand next to it and don't hear it washing. And it clean great I love it and it looks nice. A great investment bin our kitchen!

Very attractive dishwasher with stainless steel tub. Easy to operate front panel console with different settings based on desired wash options. Best value Stainless Steel tub model. We needed the front panel controls since we have limited clearance underneath our granite countertop.

The bosch dishwasher does clean dishes very well and runs very quite. Just purchased it so still getting use to all its features and how to properly care for it. But so far so good and would recommend this dishwasher

Great Bosch dishwasher at a great price! Installed easy and works great. I'd recommend it for any remodel.
