Had to purchase after old dishwasher was no longer working properly. Has nice stainless inside that I was looking for, but is much less loading capacity then I was used to with my old dishwasher. Without rinse aid it doesn't dry very well and leaves plastic-ware wet. With rinse aid it's perfect with drying. It does state rinse aid is recommended but I was very surprised how much of a difference it made.

I love this dishwasher so far. My dishes are sparkling clean, there is plenty of room, and it is so quiet, if the red light wasn't on the floor when it was on, I wouldn't know it was working. The only negatives I have found, the top rack long utensil shelf hits my countertop even with the rack lowered to the lowest position, the owners manual is for numerous models and I can not determine how mine fits the instructions on some things. It references a digital display with numbers on it and mine does not have a digital display, this it seems impossible to disable the end of cycle beepIng. It is rather annoying as it continues with a reminder beep for what seems like forever. Trivial, I know.... After years with a loud sub par model, I'm in heaven.

I bought this as an open box purchase. The sales staff at the pickup counter as well as the staff in the appliance department were both very helpful. The warehouse staff unwrapped it so I could look at it and then rewrapped it. All very good. On line I was offered free delivery but was told by store staff by phone that it woud not be available as this was on open box purchase. The appliance staff person said I could have gotten free delilvery. When I got the dishwasher home, I noticed a few things. It was in excellent condition but there were parts missing (screws and the kickplate) as well as the manual and warranty card. I downloaded the manual and set about installing it. I noticed a fine gray discoloration to the front of the black face which looked like it may have rubbed off from the bubble wrap used to protect it. It comes off but not easily. My wife called about the missing parts and was cut off after 25 minutes with the store. She then called 888-BEST BUY and was on and off with a representative who sounded as if she would get the parts for us. She took our number and this call was cut off after over 45 minutes. She did not call back. I considered returning it at this point but already had it partially installed. As I was installing the machine I found the price sticker attached to the inside of the door. Under a heading "Missing Accessories" it states "NO MISSING ACCESSORIES" Once finshed, I called the same 888 number to see if I could get the kickplate to "finish" the job. I spoke with a very kind gentleman who was very helpful. He was on and off the call for about half an hour. He tried different solutions but none worked. In short, he said I could have gotten the parts if I had bought an extended warranty but, since I didn't, he could not go farther in getting me the missing parts. It seems the "no missing accessories" comment from the price tag means nothing after the purchase. He said the only real solution I have is to return the unit.... I am considering it. [Take a look at my attached pictures] I have bought open box from Best Buy in the past. I have a washer/dryer open box purchase set that is over 10 years old (I still have the manuals). No hitches at all. I've actually bought open box with confidence in the past from several stores but I am now skeptical. (I would point any Best Buy staff who may see this to the owner's manual. I am missing screws, a printed manual, a warranty card, and (I believe) the kickplate.) Would I recommend this machine - certainly - its very quiet, cleans very well and the dishes are dry at the end of the cycle. Would I buy open box from Best Buy again? Certainly not.

This is the second dishwasher we have purchased in the last 10 years. I must say, this dishwasher performs WELL!!! Tea stains from our mugs are gone. I have been running this one for about a month now and am happy to report it is quiet, cleans all the dishes well--with the exception of our knives. I'm not sure why this is but the knives lay flat on a rack on the tippy top of the upper drawer so perhaps that's why. Anyway, when the installer came to install our dishwasher, he said we made a good choice. His advice was not to buy the bottom of the line or the top of the line...mid-range cleans just as good he said and because appliances are now made to last about 10 years, he said buying top of the line is a waste of money. Very happy with this purchase and that the man who puts in these machines for a living validated our choice!

The dishwasher is great, it is quiet, cleans the dishes well. Does everything it is supposed to do. The tech writer for the manual is a total failure. Manual shows too many different dishwashers, with mine labeled with buttons that it doesn't have. This dishwasher has an end of cycle signal that is preselected to on. Who wants to have an end of cycle signal constantly going on after you have set it for delay start to run in the middle of the night? So, call customer service, 3 separate attempts, the final one says that the signal can't be turned off! I asked for a supervisor to call , no call, still have end of cycle signal. Look it up on the Internet, get a website titled "why products suck" , # 12 is about Bosch dishwashers, the writer there goes thru the steps on how to turn end of cycle signal off! It works, no more signal! It's not the product that sucks...it's the tech writer and the customer service who suck. Now it's a great quite dishwasher!

Amazingly quiet operation. We found we needed more cycle options than were available in the unit we replaced. Pleased with both the variety of cycles and the cleaning performance of the unit. Dishes fit tightly but everything comes out clean. Wish there was a 'no heated dry' option for additional energy savings but there are ways around that. Also like that the unit installation resulted in a front that aligned with the cabinetry nicely--former unit protruded.

I researched this dishwasher on Consumer Reports and it rated very highly. It does a great job of getting the dishes clean the only downside is the rack sometimes runs off the track on the bottom whenever you pull it out The dishwasher is very quiet it was easy to install and I would highly recommend it.

Very happy with the Bosch dishwasher. It is quiet, cleans well, and the dishes are dry(I know some users disagree but I think it dries well). The only problem is the bottom rack, when pulled out 3/4's of the way, comes off its track. It's a great deal for the price.

This dishwasher is amazingly quiet, even when I'm in the kitchen, it's barely noticeable. Dishes come out clean, glasses and silverware are spotless, I've put pots in there - does a great job. Lots of room, and I like the layout of the racks.

This washer is great, it's quiet and it works, at least most of the time. I seem to think we have some debres in the pipes or in the water. As sometimes the glasses come out foggy. But that happened on our last washer. This washer however gets everything almost 99% clean. The top drawer can be raised and lowered, which makes putting tall glasses or 24oz Tervis cups on the top rack a possibility. For the price, this washer is untouchable. The stainless interior helps add to the quietness, it's SO superior to plastic linings.

I was looking for a dishwasher made here in the United States. I found that Bosch manufactured some here, so researched their products. This dishwasher's tag says is is made in the USA of US and imported parts. It has a stainless steel interior and exterior. My old dishwasher had a heater coil in the bottom that melted everything that happened to fall down to the bottom of the tub. This dishwasher does not have that. It dries with convection heat through a vent in the side, so one does have to be careful to not block the vent while loading the dishwasher, but I have not found that to be a problem. It is AMAZINGLY quiet. I'm so glad they have the little red light that shines on the floor to let you know that it is operating. My dishes have come out clean. Sometimes they are not fully dry - especially on the tops of glasses that have indentations in them that collect water, but I don't think any dishwasher gets everything 100% dry. The two gentlemen Best Buy sent out to install the dishwasher did a great job and did alert me to the convection dryer opening.

I bought this dishwasher just before having hand surgery and it has been a real lifesaver. I load all kinds of nasty dishes in it without prewashing at all (because i can't with my hand in a cast) and it has been great. An unexpected bonus is that my young children can now take care of their own dishes just by loading them into the washer. It is super quiet and uses less than half as much electricity as our old dishwasher. It also uses less water plus saves the water I would have used pre-rinsing. The stainless steel finish is attractive and I like the hidden controls (not as tempting to toddlers) I strongly recommend this dishwasher, so far it has been excellent. I've had it about a month and have had no issues. We also got it installed via best buy which was quick & professional.

We really have enjoyed this dishwasher. It is so quiet and dishes are sparkling clean when it is finished. We can hardly hear the thing running. It is a little hard to load since the racks are not as user friendly as they could be and it doesn't seem to hold as much as the old dishwasher, but we just need to get used to loading the new one.

This was the first time we went with a higher grade of dishwasher and we are quite impressed. We can barely hear it. The capacity is about twice what our old one was and we have not had to re-wash anything.

Once it fills up you barely hear the dishwasher again. If it were not for the red light that reflects on the floor we would not know that the machine is on. A lot of dishes can be loaded, more than my old dishwasher, and the dishes are always clean.
