I’ve never owned a dishwasher before, so I wanted to get the best one I could find. Several people recommended this brand. It cleans dishes great. I don’t have to wash them first which is Awesome as that’s the whole reason I got a dishwasher. Only thing I’m not as happy about is that it doesn’t really dry the dishes. Perhaps it’s the smaller version that doesn’t dry, but it’s better than washing them first.

It does a fantastic job cleaning dishes. when it works I've had to call for service twice in the 3 months I've had it. It sometimes won't power on. Both service calls it started working again before the tech got here. Even though this is rated at b46 db, it is noticeably louder than 46 db Kitchenaid dishwasher. Even though I have had some bad times with this unit, I would buy it again.

Works pretty well in my small kitchen renovation. This is rated at 46db, but is quite a bit louder than my 46db Kitchenaid dishwasher.

Don't get me wrong because of my title. I love my 18 inch dishwasher. I purchased it for my summer home where I didn't have enough room for a 24" standard dishwasher and it does a wonderful job. My only reason for wishing I had waited a little longer is because when I ultimately purchased a full sized 24" Bosch for my permanent home in another state (both from Best Buy stores), it came with a third top shelf for individually laying out silverware to be washed. I love this feature which eliminates the silverware basket near the bottom shelf and am sorry it wasn't offered on the smaller sized dishwasher. Both, however, are so quiet that one of them has a red light which shines on the floor to verify that the machine is still running!

We bought this for our new home (as it has an old kitchen with no dishwasher). I cut out the cabinet next to sink (only had 18" of room to spare, not enough for regular 24" dishwasher) Easy to install, comes with everything you need, hoses pre-connected, also adapter to plug into regular 120 VAC outlet. Online description labeled this as a black stainless dishwasher, not true, it is black exterior with a stainless interior. black color is ok, but wish it was black stainless exterior. Very happy with how quiet it operates, reviews said it was quiet, but they didn't do it justice, it is very very quiet. we run it as night just before bed, cant even hear it run when your in the kitchen.

Everything comes out sparkling clean. It's also quiet enough to run while I'm doing other things at home. I don't use the delay to run it while I'm sleeping because the drain in the sink makes gurgling sounds when it empties and these wake me up. I did not previously have a dishwasher in my home. The 18' size fit perfectly where one of my cabinets used to be. I live alone and don't usually run it more than once a week. However, it makes it possible to entertain without the mountains of dishes to hand wash. I REALLY LOVE this machine.

We had to get a smaller unit (18”) for our small place in Leisure World, and decided on the Bosch. It is amazingly quiet and efficient, and is just perfect for the two of us. It uses salt to soften the water, which really seems to make a difference. Would definitely recommend to others, or buy again:)

I bought the dishwasher for a small rental cottage on Cape Cod. 18" dishwashers are hard to come by and surprisingly expensive, but I had constraints of space. We recently bought a Bosch for our home on the basis of CR ratings and liked it (although my wife finds the tines a bit close together for loading, as compared to our old one). I want to commend the installers, who had trouble finding our house but persisted late into the afternoon (after they had first returned the dishwasher to the warehouse, in fact). They did a very professional installation. Because it is in a rental unit I do not have direct experience of its operation.

Does everything well as stated and the features gives same service as most full size dishwashers. Very neat installation was done also leaving an attractive upgrade look in our kitchen.

This dishwasher is so quiet I hardly know its on. This thing is great. We love it. I do have to say that I am not too fond of the design of the racks. Mostly the top rack. Its hard to fit too many cups with all the prongs sticking up but other than that it is a great appliance and I love it.

This was the best purchase I’ve made in a long time. This dishwasher out washes any I’ve ever had. It is so quiet you can’t even tell it’s running.

Tiny kitchen = tiny dishwasher. But this dishwasher is awesomely, awesome. I had to get new plates to accommodate the compact size but once I figured out how to pack as much as possible in the machine it works wonders. You can barely hear dishwasher when it is on, dishes come out clean, no dirty grimy water on the bottom, plastic cups don’t flip, heated element for drying. I absolutely love and I am glad I didn’t go with the cheaper version of another brand. Highly recommend!

Needed a small unit and this fit perfectly! Super quiet!

Really nice dishwasher. It was a part of our kitchen upgrade. It fits in perfectly with the other stainless steel appliances we purchased. The one complaint I have is that the stainless steel door is elevated about eight inches, with a recessed black plate that reaches the floor. The design would be nicer if the stainless steel plate was consistent to the floor level.

Looked at a lot of 18 inch wide units. This one was rated the best and it hasn't disappointed us.

Liked it, was easy to install. Each cycle takes 2 1/2 hours (this is normal). The unit is very quiet and does a good job. The layout where to put the dishes, plates & cups is fine but the little plastic cage where you put the cutlery is awkward, not really sure where to place it...although it works ok... All in all, nice looking functioning unit. Front panel controls are easy to read & use.
