This dishwasher transformed my kitchen! Installation took under 30 minutes with clear instructions and no extra parts needed. It runs whisper-quiet—you barely hear it, even in an open-plan home. Dishes come out sparkling every time. Best appliance upgrade I’ve made in years. Highly recommend!

I’m happy with both the installation and the dishwasher itself so far. The installation team was professional, punctual, and did a fantastic job. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. As for the dishwasher, it’s been an upgrade from my old Frigidaire. I’m using the exact same detergent and rinse aid as before, but the cleaning performance is noticeably better. Everything comes out sparkling clean&shiny. The dishes even smell fresh after every cycle, and I love how thoroughly everything is rinsed. Before using it for the first time, I ran an empty cycle with a dishwasher cleaner, and since then it has been a pleasure to use. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase and would highly recommend it.

This is my second Bosch. My first one was a more expensive model. I am very disappointed in this one. The upper tray for cutlery is not useful. I may remove it. They did not get clean and you can only put a certain size in there, in a certain way. The dishwasher is noisier than my older dishwasher. It does not dry unless you put the extra dry on. The cleaned dishes actually comes out with water all over the inside and dishes the morning after you use it so by putting on the extra dry thing, then that eliminates most of it. But you shouldn't have to do that. The inside is not done well like my other one, and there is a small square container for silverware, and it doesn’t actually fit in the dishwasher well. You have to just kinda shove it between rows it’s not very well designed. The stupid lid would only hold a straw so i am keeping them flipped open. If I had to do it over again I would not have bought it. I did look at reviews first, but i should have investigated It clean ok but very disappointing. The installation team was great and Best Buy did deliver on time

Works well, need lessons on how to operate it. I still don't understand all the things I can do with it or how to do it. However I was able to adjust the racks very easily to help with taller items in the second rack like wine glasses. Cleans well. Need to learn the ins and outs yet.
