Well-built washer — very quiet, and the touchscreen is definitely an upgrade from the previous model. The 4D Wash is amazing. The maximum spin speed of 1600 RPM drains water efficiently, making the drying process faster. I would definitely recommend this to friends!

Bought the unit so we could save space in our laundry room. Does a great job…tons of settings, highend, and looks great. Definitely works well for daily laundry. Haven’t tried putting in any large bedding yet as we put/kept our larger unit in our garage.

We were excited to purchase the Bosch 500 Series Washer from Best Buy, but unfortunately, the experience turned out to be frustrating due to a lack of important information at the point of sale. The washer itself seemed like a great product — compact, efficient, and well-reviewed. However, after bringing it home, we discovered it was incompatible with the power setup in our house. Nowhere on the product listing or in-store did Best Buy clearly state that this washer requires a specific type of power outlet (which is not standard in many U.S. homes). When we returned to Best Buy for help, we were told to order a special adapter from Amazon, which also didn’t work. After multiple attempts and a lot of wasted time, we had no choice but to return the washer and purchase something else that would actually work with our home’s electrical system. To be clear, this one star isn’t for the washer itself — it’s probably a great machine under the right conditions — but the poor guidance and lack of proper information from Best Buy made this a really disappointing experience. A simple note about power requirements would’ve saved a lot of hassle.
