Our first Bosch, I like it so far. I spent hours researching dishwashers and then at least 2 hours comparing them in the store. It came down to the Bosch and Kitchen Aid. The third rack and the setup of the lower racks are what sold me. Bosch was the only one that had racks that lay down to give more room for larger items. I purchased the 800 series first, I did not like the touch sensor control's as they would not respond with the first easy touch at times. On the second day the controls would not work, Bosch did the troubleshooting over the phone and found it to be defective.I returned it and exchanged it for the 500 series. As it has the control buttons that you actually push and has same system as the 800 series. The only 2 things I did not and do not like was the third rack design and the drying system. The third rack only allowed silverware on the 500 series as the 800 series was deep enough for bowls. I checked it at the store before I made the order, the 800 series rack was compatible so I found one and purchased it one online. As for the the drying system, most dishes come out with water standing on them every time. That is why I gave it 4 stars. But they come out crystal clear every time.

Had this washer installed a couple months ago after our 10+ year old KitchenAid finally gave out. Really like the look of this washer and the 3rd drawer. Haven't had any issues with the 3rd row getting clean nor have I had any of the issues with drying that some have reported. Yes there is no drying element, but with using a drying agent dishes and glasses look great. Plastic Tupperware doesn't get completely dry, but haven't seen a washer that will dry it completely. As for the the noise, this is a very quiet washer. Yes I can hear it but barely. The most noise is when it drains the 2 or 3 times. MUCH less noise than our old kitchenaid.

My dishwasher runs without a flaw. It is quiet and roomy. The dishes come out sparkling. There is a red light that shines on the floor to let you know the dishwasher is currently running. The stainless steel looks classy.

My new Bosch dishwasher is nearly silent, except for the sound of water draining through my sink. I has tremendous capacity and flexible shelves and racks to suit your needs. Cleans very well.

Love this dishwasher - super quiet and gets the dishes super clean. I will say the installation left a LOT to be desired, but that aside, the dishwasher itself is absolutely worth 5 stars

At first I was worried that since this dishwasher didn't have an exposed heating element that everything wouldn't get dry. The saleslady told me it wouldn't be a problem and she was right. Also, the 3rd top shelf is wonderful!! No more leaning over to get the utensils. Another great feature is that the 2nd shelf is adjustable for taller glasses to fit. Absolutely makes no sound at all!!!

Hello. This is a wonderful machine! Extremely quite (42 db I believe). It was easy to install and runs very well. Highly recommend this unit. Cleans very well.

Cleans dishes well and it is, from my perspective, very quiet. The baskets are good and provides flexibility in loading. The cycle is a bit long but not worse than most alternatives. The only improvements I would like is an interior light as the stainless steel interior is a bit dark and it would be appreciated with an indicator light telling the washing cycle is completed.

This replaced a 19 year old Bosch. We have used it for more than 2 months and it is terrific. Extremely quiet and cleans perfectly. DRYING: some people have complained that it doesn't dry very well but we have found that it does a fine job with drying--as long as one is careful about where you put certain items. For instance, glassware and cups that have recessed bottoms that can catch and hold water are best put on a part of the shelf that holds them at a slight angle that allows water to drain. We run our dishwasher overnight and unload it in the morning and everything is dry. I have not needed to use the extra dry setting. We're very pleased.

This is the quietest dishwasher I have ever experienced! I’m so glad it has the red light that shines on the floor to let you know when it running. Otherwise, I’d never know when it’s done! I love the adjustable rack! The silverware tray on top accommodates my silverware so I don’t have to use the basket in the bottom thus freeing up the bottom for large items. My only disappointment with this dishwasher, and the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is what happened when I followed the instructions & didn’t rinse my dishes. After washing there was food everywhere in the dishwasher including inside the dishes. So I rinse dishes, which isn’t a big deal cause I had to do that with my old dishwasher so I’m used to it. But the dry function is awesome! I don’t use much plastic so I can’t speak for that, but glass & stainless steel dry great! I recommend this dishwasher!

Awesome super quiet unit with 3 racks, one of them adjustable. The only way you know it's on is by the red dot if light that shines on the floor below the unit. It washes my dishes and especially my glasses super clean. Worth every penny.

Love the top shelf for utensils! No more leaning over. Makes no sound at all. I mean zero noise. Very pleased with purchase. I was worried that things wouldn't dry without an exposed element, but that wasn't a problem.

Really like the 3rd rack Everything is clean. 2hr cycle sounds long but no issue for us. Not like we wait to do another load. Quiet Plastic is never dry- typical for dishwashers of multi brands.

Very quiet, cleans well and easy to load. The adjustable racks are very helpful. Using the finish drying agent solves the wet dishes issue. This is our first month of use.

We purchased this dishwasher to replace our broken LG dishwasher. It is very quite and cleans very well. The only issue we have is the tines on the top rack are angled and are cannot be adjusted very much. This can cause the glasses to fall on their side or it make it difficult to place a steamed wine glass in the upper rack. We have had it for a month and it cleans well and is very quite. When you first take items out they do have a metallic odor which then goes away.

I upgraded from a 13 year-old dishwasher that I thought was relatively quiet. After running this dishwasher for a few weeks, I can safely say that this is the quietest dishwasher I've ever used. I love the layout of both racks - it's super easy to load dishes. The 3rd rack on the top easily fits large pans and serving plates. There is a small red light that shines down on the floor so you know when your dishes are clean and dry. Highly recommended!

We bought this after our Samsung dishwasher kept breaking down on us. After dealing with Samsung’s terrible customer service for months, we finally got a refund since they realized the unit was defective. We then came across this dishwasher, which was highly recommended by a sales person. It has a utensil rack on top, which makes it convenient for knives and other small items. This dishwasher cleans and steams very well. We’re very happy.

In my kitchen renovation I did not want a dish washer. I wanted more cabinet space. But my friend encouraged me to get the Cadillac of dish washers. I didn’t have the energy to argue. Boy was I surprised. It was so quiet the first time I turned it on that I thought they forgot to attach the water. I love the top tray for utensils. But that’s not the only feature. I put in huge pots that fit perfectly.

I had purchased this dishwasher a year ago and purchased the same one when we moved into our new home a month ago so that should tell you how much I like it. The third rack offers much more options for loading serving ware and smaller dishes as well as the silverware. Dishes always come clean and I don't pre-rinse unless they absolutely need it.
