Purchased this Bosch d/w to replace our ancient, very functional but very noisy KitchenAid d/w. Even with the premium price, it came highly recommended by repairmen we spoke to. Very quiet but loses points for useless bottom level undersized cage for the space for flatware and left-handed plate placement. Cleans very well as advertised. I like the online alert we get when the rinse aid reservoir is low. Haven't used all of the featured yet, but would recommend buying it. Some items left damp after a cycle unless ran overnight with a longer time to dry.

This is an exceptional dishwasher. It is so quiet you only know it is running by the indicator light. It also does an excellent job of cleaning the dishes. If you choose to purchase this specific model, it is a special order. Bestbuy failed to mention that on their website. We had to wait nearly 7 months to get it. Best buy promised delivery 4 separate times before finally coming through. the dishwasher is excellent. Bestbuy mishandled the purchase big time.

Excellent dishwasher but you must use a product with a drying material. It cleans very well. The light indicator the is on the floor lets you know this quiet machine is actually running. We are very pleased with Bosch.

The styrofoam float after a year was eaten by mice. they should make it out of something less fragile. Also it doesn't dry the dishes very well, but dishes a cleaned throughly.

This is a great dishwasher and third rack is definitely makes a big difference. Not to mention it is very quiet and we love it a lot. We were also very pleased by BestBuy installation team and service.

My research pointed me to Bosch, as my previous GE (used less than 12x failed). The 300 Series was out of stock at BB, so they offered the 500 and it arrived as planned. Delivery was great and I did my own install. The unit is great; SUPER Quiet. So far so "excellent"

I ordered the product, last years model, and after 2 delays and a month later, was told it wasn't in stock even after getting an email confirming in stock and it had shipped. Then reordered this and still waiting for item. Will be another month+. so Best buy has had my money for 2 months and still waiting. I hope it's worth the wait. And for this, I deserve the $400 gift certificate
