So Quiet! I had an old 96 Maytag with Sani Rinse and built-in garbage disposal. Was very scared with all the new efficiencies it wouldn't be as good. Was I ever wrong! This thing really cleans and dries! I think the salt water softner really made the difference. Also we didn't have standard height counters that were 32 inches vs 34 Perfect fit! I added the counter light under the cab to make it light up.

Smaller than I expected. The 3rd rack not worth it. It is quite but was hard to understand how it worked. We had to YouTube to help us. Does the job. I was sold by the name brand which in hindsight didn’t make a difference for us. Outside does rust

I didn’t realize my dishes could get this clean! Runs so quietly that I barely could tell it was going. Definitely top-of-the-line as advertised.

Love my new dishwasher! Only wish it had a little more room in the middle tray for my cereal bowls and glasses. Also wish the inside of the washer could tell you if you’re low on Rinse Aid, from what I understand I get a notice from the Home Connections App, which I hope I can trust!

Arrived dented on the side panel. Not sure if this was a delivery mishap or happened before delivery. Seemed well packaged and packaging was not damaged but side was definitely dented. Ended up being concealed during intall so not a big deal. I installed myself, no problem, and have enjoyed using the dishwasher as we get the rest of our new kitchen finished up!

Almost 1400,00 down the drain. Best buy told me that the unit has free install. That part gets a Zero or neg stars. The first installers were not Best Buy employes maybe contractors. They walked in looked under my cabinet told me I had to have valve replaced for 145.00 I declined told them bye. I talked to Carlos at best buy he reset the date of install and told me they would take care of the issue. The day before the next install I called to check and was told the valve would be 175.00 not 145.00 So down goes the install again. I went and purchased a 14.00 dollar valve leaned under the sink and was there less than 5 minutes done. The next installer that came out took one look under the cabinet and tells me that my electric is wrong and they will not install it again. Now the unit is over a month old and is not installed. I am so tired and upset with Best Buy. I installed the unit myself. Ran the unit once and the middle blade came off of a 1400.00 Bosch washer. I fixed that but the front door is stainless and shows every fingerprint. Looks like crap. Might not want to purchase.

Absolutely excellent purchase. Love the fact that Best Buy offers these open box deals. My new Bosch 800 series is so quiet, works incredibly well at cleaning and drying dishes.

Straight to the point here Pros: silent, like really silent, barely hear it. cleans well, holds a lot for being small, fits in smaller areas and still stylish. Not much else to say. That’s typically what you want in a dishwasher. Cons: doesn’t dry plastic. Like at all. Even with the stupid liquid to help things “dry” no. It sucks. Third rack is what you get on the low end bosh dishwashers even though based on the series number, it should be the nicer third wrack which is disappointing. The buttons are weird. I feel like they won’t last many years. Make sure you get all your settings correct before you click start because it’s a silly impossible to make adjustments. It tells you to hold down reset button for a few seconds but that doesn’t work. And if you hold it too long, it resets the whole machine and it’s just a giant hassle. It’s easier to go into the app and just cancel the cycle which I hate since I don’t want to have to depend on a phone to cancel things properly. Speaking of the app, it’s ok. I like I can check how much time is left on the dish washer since once you close the door you can’t see what the timer is. It also tells you when the load is done which is nice if you need to do loads back to back and don’t want to waste time. I personally don’t use the app for anything else other than to cancel the stupid load or see how much time is left. Don’t use Finish pods. It’s ironic it comes with a trial pod but my gosh. Your dishes will taste like the darn soap. Especially if you have stainless Steele products. My food tasted like the soap for days. I tried bar keepers, vinegar, baking soda, you name it. Took weeks. I switched to cascade and it works well. No more weird soapy taste. Ironically, cascade didn’t work well on my last Dishwasher but Finish did. I never noticed this on other dishwashers so it could be the normal but the heavy cycle option takes 30 minutes less than the normal cycle. Maybe this is normal idk. This is the first dishwasher I ever owned where I could see the time. Would I get this again? Yes. If I had the space limitations I still have today, yes. It’s a great machine.

The biggest “problem” with this dishwasher is it’s so quiet I don’t know it’s running! Thankfully there is a discrete light that lets you know it’s running. Seriously, it’s almost silent. Love this dishwasher! It cleans cakes on food very well. While being gentle with glassware. The top drawer is perfect for cleaning utensils and knives. I appreciate the flexibility of the drawers. Truly, the best dishwasher I have ever owned. Highly recommended. The measurements and installation by Best Buy were professional and accurate. Having a 12 hour window though was less than optimal.

This is our third dishwasher (we've had GE and Electrolux). We waited over a year to get this due to the supply chain issues around the pandemic, but I was assured that it would be worth it. After nine months with it, I am unconvinced. The third rack is a joke; it only fits silverware or a couple utensils but it takes up so much space that full-sized glasses don't fit on the middle rack and have to be placed on the bottom. Furthermore, very little of the washing power makes it there, so our flatware came out with spots and sometimes with residual food if we didn't pre-clean well enough. The middle rack cannot be lowered, but if it could that would have prevented full-sized plates from fitting. We took out the top rack and are much happier. It is a little noisier than our Electrolux (which we referred to as the "dish sanitizer" because we had to thoroughly pre-clean), but does clean better on the bottom and middle racks. That said, you can get clean dishes for half the price. I don't understand the hype.

I recently purchased the Bosch - 800 Series dishwasher, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations in many ways. The first thing that stands out is how incredibly quiet it is. You can barely hear it running, which is a huge plus for anyone who values a peaceful home environment. The cleaning performance is excellent. Every dish comes out sparkling clean, and they feel so fresh and spotless after each cycle. It's truly impressive how well this dishwasher handles even the toughest grime. However, there is one area where I see room for improvement. Some of the settings can only be changed using the app, which means you have to rely on your phone to make certain adjustments. This can be inconvenient, especially if you prefer not to have another app on your phone or if not everyone in your household has access to the app. Overall, the Bosch - 800 Series dishwasher is a fantastic appliance that delivers top-notch cleaning and operates quietly. With a bit more flexibility in setting adjustments, it would be perfect.

Does a very good job. All these dishwasher are basically dish rinse and clean. You can not put plates with food on them in these consumer models. That in mind, the Bosch does a great job of cleaning. The 800 series is very quiet. I have installed these in all my rental properties. The wheels are the only issue with the lower models, as they can fall off, but easily snap back on, and can be purchased through ebay, etc.

Cannot say enough good things about this machine. Every dish, glass and cutlery emerges sparkling clean, hot and dry. So quiet you barely know it’s on, and when it’s done it sends a message to your phone. Costs a bit more but worth every penny. Our only hiccup in the purchase was we initially ordered a different model that was a a few inches larger only to discover our countertop was a hair too low to accommodate it. But Best Buy returned and replaced it with no questions asked and we had this one two weeks later. Also their installation and haul away service was easy peasy. It came with a few parts we didn’t need and I was able to return them to the store, with one earning me a cash refund. Also, I initially purchased through Lowe’s and the process was so cumbersome I canceled the order and bought through Best Buy instead. Very satisfied!

Just purchased this dishwasher a few weeks ago and am very happy with it. Cleans really well and best part, almost no sound whatsoever. You forget it is even on! The cleaning process takes a bit longer than our previous dishwasher but dishes seem much cleaner and less water leftover. Really happy with purchase!

It cleans dishes perfectly. I was concerned that the dishwasher would be too small. Due to the way the kitchen flooring was installed, I needed a dishwasher smaller than the standard in order to avoid redoing the floor. However, placing utensils on the 3rd rack is the most efficient way to utilize the space, which is sufficient to meet the needs of washing bulky dishware and cookware.

I don’t know what kind of wizardry you packed into this dishwasher, but it cleans better than I do when guests are coming over. It’s so quiet, I had to check twice to make sure it was actually working—spoiler: it was, and my dishes came out sparkling like they’d been blessed by the dishwasher gods. Thanks for making a machine that doesn’t judge my three-day-old lasagna pan. We’re in a committed relationship now.

This dishwasher washes dishes so well. Drying is as good as it gets without a heating element (plastics are still not completely dry). I picked it up at Best Buy and installed it myself without issues. No install kit needed with this model for me. I love that it has a salt dispenser, since our water is on the hard side. I had to get an ADA dishwasher, which this one is, due to our flooring being so high. All in all a great purchase. Would buy again.

WARNING: Not a standard-sized unit! If you're like me and wanted a Bosch with a water softener you may also have stumbled onto this SKU without realizing it's an "ADA-Compliant" model- This means it's a couple of inches shorter and more shallow than a standard 24". From what I can tell the unit works well, but the install tech "made it work" in my standard-sized opening and I'm having to have it exchanged.

Got a great deal on a scratch and dent version of this washer. The only scratch and dent they had was ADA size (about 2” smaller for handicapped height counters). Only problem was my counters are not ADA height. I was able to raise the legs on some furniture movers to get it flush with the counter. The dishwasher was a major improvement over our 10 year old kitchenaid that died. The dishes have come out great in every wash for the month that we’ve owned it. Installation was pretty simple, any parts I needed I found easily at Home Depot. I love that I didn’t need to buy a module to use the wifi capabilities on it, just download the app and link the washer and you’re good to go! The only knock at all is that I think the sprayers are so strong that they knock our Tupperware and so every load has Tupperware that have flipped up and now has water filled in them. We are still trying to figure out the best way to place the Tupperware so that doesn’t happen. Super quiet as well, we are super impressed with this washer!
