Purchased as an open box. Additional adjustment was made due to some of the normally in-the-box items being missing. Staff was very helpful through the process. Installation was easy and the cooktop works great!

I love this cooktop. It heats up super quick and looks fantastic in the kitchen. I would recommend a cooktop cover to protect it as it is glass without any border. The glass seems really durable and I found the technology easy to use wnd innovative.

Bought this a few years ago and moved now buying it again Speed cycle is great! The drying cycle is wonderful and It is quiet.

Induction controls are very different from other types of cooktops, so getting started is awkward and there's a learning curve to determine proper heat settings. Only complaint is that the large burners (used most often) are both on the back side - thus requiring a longer reach, uncomfortable for shorter people.

Very pleased with this purchase! Had debated about switching from gas (somewhat of a process to get this accomplished). Glad we did. Cleaner. Efficient. Accurate. Easy to use. Looks better too!

Great cooktop. Combines responsiveness of gas with the cleanliness of electric. Bosch is a very good selection!

Superb performance out of this induction and the speed boost feature rapidly brings water to a boil. Purchase and installation were seamless.

Put off gettifn an induction for a long time but now wish i did it sooner

Although it may take a while to get use to cooking with an electric induction stovetop vs. my previous gas cooktop, it appears that the heating process is much quicker than using gas. The glass top is relatively easy to clean since it is a entirely flat surface. The only conceivable caveat is that one must use utensils only made of ferrous content - aluminum utensils and copper bottomed pots will not work.

I picked best buy since you could get in 2 weeks faster than the competitors, even though they had free shipping to my address. I kept getting delays from best buy. Then it showed up wayyyyyyyyy later than best buy stated at time of purchase. When I buy the Bosch fridge I'll probably go back to home depot. At least if if its late I'll get free delivery. Like on my washer and dryer.

Bosch cooktop has great Consumer Report ratings and is beautiful!

Still getting used to induction cooking but like the other Bosch appliances we have, so far, I'm impressed. The cooktop itself is quite attractive and so far, it's performing as promised. I might add that BB was one of the few stores that had this unit available and communication with them through delivery was excellent.

Never worked properly…replaced once …first one was defective. If Any moisture got on control surfaces, unit would lock up and need rebooting.
