Cannot say enough good things about this refrigerator. I am quite picky about the design of the fridge. When I saw this fridge online, I knew that I had to have it. Things I love about: counter-depth, sleek and clean exterior (no handles and both water dispenser and ice maker are inside), adjustable glass shelves and LED lighting in the fridge, super super quiet, love the middle drawer that keeps my fruits and veggies fresh (old fridge was french door also but did not have the additional drawer). Only negative experience I had was the delivery, but it has nothing to do with the fridge itself. Highly recommend it!

I have had this refrigerator for about 5 weeks now and I really like it. I like that it’s a little taller than it’s competitors filling in the gap from the top of the fridge to both of the cabinets nicely. The ice maker is awesome. Our previous fridge was basic, we made our own and eventually stopped. Plenty of ice and it’s a perfect shape. The ice scope as cheesy as I thought it was is actually pretty handy. Haven’t had a chance to rearrange the shelves in the fridge as we’ve just moved but haven’t had any issues storing food. The flex door is really nice. The fridge is super quiet only hear it when it’s queueing up a new batch of ice. The handle less design is cool. It has a clean and modern look to it. The only downside is and it’s a minor gripe, it shows fingerprints. Honestly though, I’d take solid reliability over no fingerprint marks any day. If I had to do it all over again, I’d still pick this one. It’s pricey but we’ll worth it.

Best refrigerator ever! My previous one was the same size, but this Bosch is designed to be efficient and holds a lot! The ice maker is a dream—solid ice (even grandma noticed), easy access, and high output. Water dispenser inside takes up no space, has worked perfectly with no dripping, and allows for a smooth, easy-to-keep-clean exterior. The refrigerator is very quiet and using the adjustable-temperature middle drawer is keeping my produce fresh at least twice as long as the Samsung we had (which was junk from the beginning). I wasn’t sure I’d like the type of handles it has, but they are easy and sleek.

This is the best refrigerator I have ever had. The flexibility of shelving optimizes storage. Lots of door storage for beverages, sauces, and condiments. The drawer for meats and cheeses is plenty big for lots of deli items. Seperate produce drawer is very spacious. It's deep enough for head of Iceberg lettuce or head of cabbage. I was concerned that it might not be deep enough. There is plenty of room for all my produce and has optimal settings for temperature and humidity for items. This is customizable also. The freezer has great ice maker with scoop. Also has large pullout drawer and two additional pull out shelves making storage and organization easy. The only downside is that it does show fingerprints easily.

This is an extremely well made product. Replaced a GE that came with the home and hated. This Bosch is well made and well laid out inside. I was surprised that it fit everything considering the size but it did. The interior takes advantage of every available area by using drawers and shelves. Did I mention quiet. I had yo open it yo make sire it was working. It makes plenty of ice and much better than having a water / ice maker in door. I hated the indoor, because it always looked dirty and made a ness down the front. Not now the interior has the water disperser. Once you push through the water a few times it wont drip it will stop. There are only two things that i would have Bosch do, 1. Make a better stronger drawer in the upper main compartment its a little flimsy. Kids might break it as its not a heavy plastic. 2. Make yhe right main door a little smoother you really cant open it with the other one closed its rough. Other than that i still gave it 5 stars as the rest overshadows the 2 minor inconveniences. Oh, i see people complaining about the hand marks. They all do it trust me but this one isnt bad at all and if you go onto Norwex website and order their bacteria free microfiber cloth and swipe it once its clean without all the chemicals. Enjoy it, its a well made refrigerator!

Fridge looks amazing in our kitchen. Perfect counter depth and is very sleek with no handles. Works great. Holds a large amount of ice and the filtered water is great. Very happy with our purchase.

This is NOT a paid review!!! I did a lot of research over the course of a year before buying this refrigerator. I have had it for 2 months now. I want to start by saying- I love, love, love, my new Bosch refrigerator! I was worried because my last refrigerator was 27 cu ft. This one is only 21. WIth that said, everything plus more fits in it. It feels larger. It fits in my kitchen space perfectly. The shelves and doors are spacious. The middle drawer gives super-easy access to our lunch meats/fruit/veggies. Also, fruits and veggies last so much longer, I am now saving money on food. The only problem I have had is the internal water dispenser has been dripping. Bosch connected me with service and hopefully, that will be taken care of soon. I do prefer the sleek clean look with no ice/water in the door. The icemaker felt slow at first, but once the drawer bucket is filled it stays full. In fact, we have to use the app (which is handy) to turn it off once in a while because it can get too full. When super full, some cubes fall through the back when you pull out the drawer. They are easy to get but it is a pain to get under the drawer. The last thing I didn't realize until the refrigerator was in my kitchen is the side of the refrigerator. I was pleasantly surprised. The texture is smooth and not rough and bumpy like most other fridges. It is a gray/silver sleek-looking color and blends in well. Great quality, the extra $$$$ spent for this brand was well worth it.

Ok I love our new Bosch refrigerator! This sleek no handle design is was pulled me in right away! The freezer space is surprisingly very big with multiple compartments, the top part is nice as well with a second row divided from the main compartment. I was between this and kitchen aid, but the clean look from the outside is what sold me, I love that the ice and water is all retrieved from the inside of the fridge and that there is no brand name on the outside so it can literally go with any other appliance in your kitchen! Connect to your phone and adjust the temperature controls! We picked the counter size so it wouldn’t stick out so much from our cabinets and so glad we went this route! 5/5 recommendation!

I have used the refrigerator for a month. If someone want a quiet refrigerator, this one must be the top of the list. On top of that, I can control temperature with my phone, and it sends warning if the door is open. I highly recommend you to check inside before moving it in house. I had to replace it as one drawer was broken, which I found it after it was installed and deliverer left.

We looked at 30+ Refrigerators, originally went with a KitchenAid, returned it and got this Bosch 800. So far, we are impressed to say the least. The lighting levels on the inside are adjustable which I have never heard of for a fridge. Clean a crisp lines and the fridge fits perfectly in the space.

I just have had this about a week. The pros: It is a very roomy refrigerator with a lot of space in the doors. Compared to other models it has a lot of different ways to program it. I like the flexibility of the middle drawer. I prefer the sleek look as opposed to water and ice in the door. I like the fact that the inside seems very cleanable and you have many ways to fit the shelves. So far so good. The cons of this refrigerator: The deli drawer sticks and is hard to open and close. As well for an expensive refrigerator that drawer is flimsy. The outer steel is fragile and can be dented so be careful. Again, a strange overlook for a well built and conceived refrigerator. Lastly you need to be careful to close the doors. It's very easy to leave these open. They do not have as much suction, again an odd design flaw for an expensive refrigerator.

Only had the refrigerator 2 days and I am Absolutely 100% satisfied. The layout in the box is perfect due to the adjustable shelves. For a counter-depth box it has lots of room. The freezer drawers keeps things nicely organized. Great not having the water/ice on the door gives it a sleek look as well as the recessed handles. BestBuy team is coming today to install the water line. Purchased this product sight unseen and very thankful & pleased to say the least. Delivery was PERFECT!

I love this refrigerator. It looks modern and sleek. Our old refrigerator was regular depth and this one is counter depth. It has more inside space than the old one. It does show fingerprints but it is possible to open without making them. Just don’t expect kids or husband to learn how. I just make it part of my morning routine to wipe them off. It is a bit expensive for a refrigerator but if you can manage it you won’t be sorry.

Three stars because it’s too expensive to not be perfect. The roll out tray in the main fridge is cheap. It feels way out of touch with the rest of the refrigerator. It’s clunky to open and close, and doesn’t have a smooth feel to it. The finish scratches incredibly easily. My last fridge with the stainless steel finish was covered in magnets and didn’t scratch as badly as this one has done in about a month. There are also finger prints all over it. This definitely wasn’t the right fridge for a family with small kids. It is quiet and seems to be efficient, and I’m a huge fan of the dual compressors, which is why I bought it in the first place. But it’s entirely too expensive to have these flaws.

We love this Bosch unit. We were pleasantly surprised with the overall space on this counter depth unit. Best features: the ice maker is a winner. Plenty of ice making capacity - so much so that we turn it off from time to time. This brings to mind another feature we like a lot - the ability to change its settings from the phone app for it. Very satisfied with our purchase!

After researching all significant refrigerator brands, the Bosch fulfilled our needs. Nice sleek look. No handles sticking out. Ergonomic shelving and drawers. Fresh filtered watered tucked off to the side and not on the door. We are very pleased.

Love this fridge! It's a beautiful work of kitchen art that works fantastic and looks amazing. (Wifey says if she could identify as an appliance she might marry it.) We can't help but look down on fridges with handles that stick out and water/ice on the outside!

Love how modern it looks. Also since most inside components are glass it’s easy to clean. Very spacious

I love my refrigerator. I read so many reviews. I had previously owned a Kenmore Elite French door refrigerator with bottom freezer w/water & ice on the door. Turns out it is really and LG. Within first year the compressor went out and 6 months later the ice machine went out. Also that ice make was super small. I found out those were common problems. So I rethought my decision with water & ice on the door. Also have counter depth space is smaller so I was really struggling. When I saw the Bosch I opened it and knew it was the one. Both doors fit gallon size. The veggie drawer gives the refrigerator so much more space. The ice machine is excellent. So pleased. We have had it about 3 weeks. The pocket doors are nice but you do get finger prints but they are easily cleaned with water and a paper towel. Really feel the quality of the refrigerator.
