What I Like • The built-in look is perfect. Because it’s counter-depth, it sits flush with the cabinets and instantly makes the kitchen look more modern and high-end. The stainless steel finish is clean, sleek, and doesn’t turn into a fingerprint magnet like many other brands. • The interior layout is extremely well thought-out. You get wide, spacious shelves, bright LED lighting, and a big full-width drawer that’s perfect for produce or things like deli meats and cheeses. Everything feels organized, and the airflow keeps food noticeably fresher — especially fruits and vegetables. • The temperature consistency is excellent. This is one area where Bosch really stands out. The fridge stays cold and stable, and I’ve noticed items don’t spoil as quickly. The humidity-controlled section does a great job keeping greens crisp, and the meat drawer stays right at the ideal chill level without freezing anything. • Smart features are genuinely useful. The app alerts you if the door is left open or if the temperature rises, and you can check settings remotely. It’s the type of smart tech that actually adds value instead of feeling like gimmick. • Quiet operation. This fridge runs smoothly with very minimal noise — no loud clunks or constant humming. Things to Be Aware Of • Freezer space is good, but the drawer system takes getting used to. It’s organized well, but the top freezer drawer sometimes makes you open both fridge doors for full access. • Ice maker performance is decent, but not the strongest. It makes enough ice for regular daily use, but if you host often or go through a lot of ice, it’s not the fastest producer. • It’s definitely priced as a premium appliance. You’re paying for build quality, design, and food preservation — not raw capacity. If you want the absolute most interior space for the price, this may not be the best match. Overall The Bosch 800 Series is an excellent refrigerator if you care about design, quiet performance, and keeping food fresh for longer. It feels like a luxury appliance without being flashy, and it brings a calm, well-organized feel to the kitchen. If you're looking for a counter-depth fridge that looks built-in and performs reliably day-to-day, this is a fantastic pick.

I selected this fridge over other options because it's designed to keep vegetables and other foods fresher longer and it's beautiful. All the interior fittings are so much nicer quality. The freshness (which I originally thought to be just marketing) has to do with the better humidity controls in the fridge sections which is made possible (apparently from what I've read/watched) due to a separate compressor/evaporator (one for fridge and one for freezer) plus an extra freshness system in the vegetable bin. I love the filtered water system inside - easy bottle or glass fill and easily accessible filter. The freezer has much better drawers than lesser models. Also - FYI - the fridge does not require a full 72" of height in your cabinets. This was an issue for me as the front edge of my cabinet is at about 71 3/4". The main part of the unit easily fits in a cabinet at that height - it's only the doors that are taller - 71 7/8". (And of course they are not supposed to be inside the cabinet or they couldn't swing open.) I had to adjust the hinges on the cabinet doors over the fridge to raise them to get the extra space I needed so I could still open them but it works.

The access doors up front block the draws inside from sliding out, you have to open both doors for it slide out. It is the only complaint on a very efficient fridge and a big freezer draw at the bottom of fridge. The ice maker is great and the easy small dispenser for filtered water very convenient.

Great fridge, drawers are big and move easily, ice maker is second to none, and the lack of handles on the front make it fit in seemlessly into the kitchen

Bought this to replace our crappy samsung fridge ( never buy samsung appliances) and we love this. Worth the money, very quiet and does everything you need it to do. Also we love having no handles, which broke on said crappy samsung. Make sure to measure your space because this fridge is taller than the one we had prior.

This is a Great Refrigerator. The three door with ice maker in the freezer. Ice is always available and does not make terrible noises while dispensing ice. Lightning is great and adjustable. Shelving are adjustable with glass shelves. It’s a great refrigerator.

So far this is a great fridge. Hoping that it lasts as long as the one it replaced.

Bosch makes great appliances and Best Buy has the best prices

Problems since installation, and Bosch refuses to stand behind product. All new electrical, only thing on breaker, but the "smart" technology constantly throws breaker and shuts off. Do not buy.

The freezer stopped working after only 18 months of use. The warranty is only for parts and a third party has to fix it. Already spent $350 dollars on the first repair visit and the freezer still isn't working.

Fits well, lots of space, draws work well, doors operate smoothly

After swapping out two Samsung fridges, I walked out with a more reliable option and no mess filter.

Shocked! Assumed Bosch was quality. The stainless steel is peeling on the outside and the internet is full of people with the same problem. Although they even admitted to me on the phone that it is a manufacturing problem they won’t stand behind their product. My first and very last Bosch appliance.
