Beautiful hood and powerful performance! I love the simplicity of this design, and how easy it will be to clean down the road. The vent trays are super easy to remove for cleaning and I love the minimalist design. I'm not sure I will ever have a need to turn this up to a high vent setting as the lower setting seem to do the job quite well. The higher setting can be a bit loud, so I may only use those for extreme cooking situations.

First one came scratched up but best buy immediately replaced it due to the care program. Have owned for about a year now. Vent hood is exactly. A little loud but not as bad as my last one and it works perfectly. Would buy again.

Appliances are good. Horrible installation

Never again buying major appliances from Best Buy. The installer showed up for range hood, but could not install it because he could drill holes through tile back splash. Did not have the correct drill bits or skill to drill holes in glass tile. For Gas Range installation, they sent only 1 person who could not move the stove to cut out for installation. Very disappointing service.
