Sound is great! Added the subwoofer for a little more bass. Setup was easy, but do have to add the Bose app for controls as this does not come with a remote. Would recommend.

Great sound, but recurring connection problems — 2/5 stars The soundbar and subwoofer sound great when they work together, but reliability has been disappointing. After about a month of use, the wireless connection failed. Following hours of troubleshooting with Bose, their support team identified the subwoofer as the cause. I returned it under warranty, and the replacement process left me without a working subwoofer for three weeks. The replacement arrived in early September and initially worked well. A few days ago, however, it stopped producing sound even though it still showed as connected to the soundbar. Bose has now authorized a warranty replacement of the soundbar, which is expected to take another three weeks. I appreciate Bose honoring the warranty, but two replacement processes and the resulting downtime this early in ownership are disappointing. The sound quality is excellent when everything works, but I expected a much more dependable system.

This soundbar and subwoofer bundle delivers incredible sound quality. Dialogue is clear, the bass is deep and powerful, and movies feel much more immersive. Setup was simple, and the wireless subwoofer paired instantly. The Dolby Atmos performance creates a spacious soundstage that makes movies, sports, and gaming much more enjoyable.
