I am happy. I got the Bose brand replacement. I’m happy I watched a video on YouTube to do the replacement. It makes it a lot easier. I have my noise canceling back and it took me about 20 minutes to replace both ear cushions. I will buy these again.

Replacing the ear cushions is pretty straightforward and quick and just need to follow the instructions. The cushions are soft and can see the material used is also good. After replacing earplugs with the new ones i can listen the music quality same as the day i purchased it.

Great quality. Seems durable and authentic. I would say it takes some time to place the new pad under all the 9 tabs, in the case of my Bose Quiet Comfort 35 II. I have strong fingers and it took me longer to place it under the tabs.

Bought to replace original pads, which lasted for almost 3 years. For this new replacement I bought, the left pad completely fell apart within the first 3 months with moderate daily use. The right pad has held up good so far. Ultimately would not recommend this product, especially for how much they cost.

Excellent OEM replacement ear cushions from Bose. Perfect fit, excellent quality, and easy to install. They brought my headset back to like-new condition. Definitely worth going with the genuine Bose replacements.

This is a perfect replacement for my existing ear cushions that were worn out. Good that Bose has put a lot of thinking on this unlike other products such as Apple where you have to replace the entire set.

Exactly the same CUshion with Bose QC series. Obviously! However, the issue are the quality of the cushion. Due to inflation and tariff (we knew who did it right!), the price went from 35 to 50. There's no substitution for this item from elsewhere in US. I have tried some third party factory and none of them were even close. However, for the price of 50. Is it worth it? How many replacement cushion should you get? I would highly suggest to get close to 70% reach to your origional price of the product and stop! This could roughly provide you about (I assume each cushion surive about 16 to 20 month) 6 to 10 years. Then replace it with the brand new one. I don't believe there's were any head cushion replacement from Bose or elsewhere in US. It's kind of easy to damage your product due to the design.

The Bose QuietComfort 35 Ear Cushion Kit is a high-quality, OEM-grade replacement that fully restores both comfort and acoustic performance. Installation was quick and straightforward—the cushions aligned perfectly with the mounting frame and locked in securely without any gaps. The material feels identical to the original pads in terms of softness, durability, and noise isolation capability. After replacing my worn-out cushions, the headphones feel and perform like new again. The seal around the ears is noticeably improved, which enhances passive noise reduction and overall audio clarity. For anyone looking to maintain their QC35 headphones in optimal condition, this replacement kit is an excellent and reliable choice.

Product quality good and installation easy. 3 stars because we ordered white to match original and we received grey.

Easy installation, great quality, fast delivery. Last one lasts almost 4 years

replacing the ear cushion was easy and simple head phone like new again

I’ve had the QC 35 since they first came out, and I noticed they were slowly losing their noise cancelling feature … maybe they were getting old, but it definitely wasn’t due to the flattened ear pads that were warped and peeling from daily use. I was so afraid that I would damage them, but it was super easy. As long as you are gentle and follow the instructions, you’re not going to break anything. It was a little annoying getting all of the snaps in place, but if you’ve ever put on a slightly too-small Tupperware lid, this is no different. It took me maybe 10 minutes total to replace both sides, and I have my fully functioning headphones back again.

They are excellent. My headset looks brand new now.

Followed the instructions and was very happy with the results. Probably could have bought a non bose version but given it was a bit fiddly to do was much happier just paying the small amount extra for official brand product. My old covers were ragged

Well-made materials and super easy to install so now my child could continue to enjoy QC35's top quality of sound for a decade (or two!) to come!

They work great! I stopped using my Bose headphones because the old Ear cushions were so beat up! Now, it's like they are new again! The sound quality is still great, and they are very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Arrived as orginal packed by Bose and sent straight to my adress. No problem to remove old one and put the on the set. Great job Best Buy.

These are an affordable and okay solution if you’re not ready to replace your headphones and need new pads, but a little hard to snap in place. I’m glad these are available tho, they do the trick.

My original ear cups lasted many years but finally needed to be replaced. These were a perfect color match and easy to install. It’s like having a new set of headphones again. I’m glad I decided to go with the original set from Bose. While the generic option is cheaper, it isn’t a major price difference. The one tip I’d pass along is to work carefully when connecting the ear cups to the clips to secure everything in place.

Using my Bose headset keeps my 52 year old marriage working. When the ear cushions needed replacing I was torn between getting a cheaper, generic replacement or the Bose brand. Many of the reviews for the generic said they were hard to replace. I decided to buy the Bose replacements. They were easy to replace and I don't have to listen to my husband yelling at the TV when he watches sports. Highly recommend. Love shopping at Best Buy.
