Customer Ratings & Reviews

These are my first pair of Bose headphones. I did a lot of research before purchasing them. I wanted great noise cancellation as well as great sound. These delived both. I have had them for a few months now. I just used them on an airplane. The noise cancellation worked great. Our seats were by the engine and I couldn't hear anything but what I was listening too. I also use them while walking my dog and gaming. They are very comfortable. I have no issues wearing them for hours at a time. I absolutely love the color. Purple is my favorite and they are beautiful. The battery life is also amazing. I only have charged them once. They were not even dead. They charge fast and last a long time. I also like that I can make custom sound profiles.

I got these after shopping around a bit and I have been very pleased. Pros: Great sound (with minor EQ), SUPER comfortable, amazing ANC and Awareness modes. I love the corded losseless audio, and aux cord option I can use for my Xbox. Cons: the button scheme is pretty bare bones and can be difficult to use. 3 buttons for 10+ functions is not ideal, but not a deal breaker either. Bose in general could use more customization options I.e a 5+ band Eq vs the current 3, being able to give custom names and Eqs to the modes especially the custom modes Neutral factors: The Immersive and Cinema modes are a neat options, but do take some getting used to. I do wish there was a little more color option. Bringing the in some of the pastels from the standard QC line would be great, I would also love a white and gold option.

These are awesome headphones. They look great, feel light on my head, have a great battery life, and sound great. The active noise canceling is really great. I also really like the immersive mode. It's the same as on my other bose ultra open headphones. If you like over the ear headphones, these are great. I got these on sale, so they were worth the price for me. They are much nicer than the previous gen ultras.

The QuietComfort Ultra Headphones (2nd Gen) are absolutely amazing. The noise cancellation is one of the best I’ve ever experienced — it completely blocks out background noise and makes music, calls, and videos sound crystal clear. The audio quality is rich, balanced, and very detailed, especially with the immersive sound mode. The comfort level is outstanding. The ear cushions are soft, lightweight, and perfect for long hours of use without any pressure on the head. Battery life is strong and easily lasts through an entire day of work or travel. These headphones deliver premium performance, great sound, and unmatched comfort. I’m extremely impressed and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality noise-cancelling headphones!

I decided to upgrade from my Sony xm4 headphones. I’m happy I did! The Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra gen 2 headphones are more comfortable. The headband doesn’t press down like the Sony headphones and the padding on the ear cups is cushy. The sound is great, and I really like the option of wired lossless audio. The battery lasts a long time! I ordered open box headphones to bring the price down. I have a feeling someone just wanted a different color, because these are great headphones.

I am very pleased with these headphones for many reasons. 1st and most important is the amazing sound. Everything is very clear. It's like you're really there, up close and personal. During gaming, I hear things others miss and find everything for everyone. 2nd they charge quickly and last a very long time. 3rd they are very comfortable and beautiful. There is one note I'd like to make for gamers who may have used the earlier models: when you plug in the cord to your headphones and controller, you must turn the headphones on with this model. Yes, I know that means using battery but it also provides great noise canceling for peaceful gaming. Also, after you turn them on you must crank the volume up because it starts at the lowest volume. Bose always has the best products and as long as they keep up the great work, I'll keep buying from them.

You really cant go wrong with the Bose QCU they are super sound canceling , Crispy and clean sound iand very nice bass very comfortable long lasting battery . alittle on the pricer side but very high quality and worth it on my opinion

The sound is awesome...Very Comfortable...No problem when connecting to the WIFI...Battery life is good..

Starting off battery life is outstanding, last days! I wear them to work out 5 days a week, I can change the mode to where I can hear my music clearly and still able to hear everything around me and, to complete noise cancellation. I wear these with my earrings and they are so comfortable. And They are so beautiful.

The Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones have been an excellent purchase. The sound is clear, rich, and well balanced, with impressive detail and satisfying bass that does not overwhelm the vocals. The noise cancellation is outstanding and makes it much easier to enjoy music or simply relax without being distracted by surrounding noise. Comfort is another major strength. The headphones feel soft and secure without creating excessive pressure, making them comfortable for extended listening. I also appreciate the premium design and the surprisingly lightweight carrying case, which makes them convenient to take along when traveling. The controls are straightforward, the Bluetooth connection has been reliable, and the overall experience feels polished and refined. The price is certainly premium, but the combination of excellent sound quality, comfort, effective noise cancellation, and thoughtful design makes these headphones worth it for me. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

These are my first set of premium ($200+) headphones, so hard to compare to others. But the sound and ANC is fantastic. Great for work calls, tasks around the house, and just relaxing on the couch. I prefer earbuds for working out, as I don't like the heat and sweatiness I get with over-ear headphones.

The quality of these headphones is top notch, and the noise cancellation is better than expected….super impressed with Bose and when they say quiet comfort, they mean just that….these are super comfortable and feel good when wearing, easy to use, and the noise canceling feature is second to none in my opinion

I got these on sale for 350 bucks and could not be happier with how good they sound. I also love the seamless multi-point support across my devices

I was hesitant to purchase because I have owned a pair of AirPods Pro Max (lighting), and wanted to stay in the Eco system. But I took a chance with these and were not disappointed. Good battery life, build quality, sound is great for what I listen to. plus I saved $200 by not buying the new Airpods

I love these! I initially had the regular quietcomfort one and decided to trade up to the Ultra! Omg. Because if the medium tier one is like that (amazing) imagine the top one - the noise cancelling helps keep me focus and sane. The immersion mode, you feel as tho the music is in front and around you instead of low in your ear. The immersion is also great with audio books, I find that I absorb more infomation in that mode. My take my headset everywhere! On the LA train ride, in my uber, in the office at work! You dont realize how noisy, even in a quiet room by yourself until you hear "nothing" The sounds that bother me are the low rumbling tones and it quiets that for me. Like the AC that is blowing like crazy all day long on my office building! I trully recommend this Bose! Like I mentioned, when you see me wandering around, you also see Bose. Oh! And it knows when its off my head and when I put it back on, which totally saves the battery. Love love love Byeeeee!

I have five most products already. I love both. I love the earbuds and I love this one and I like this one better than the first one but this one fits my head pretty good. And I love this changing for the sounds that you have definitely like this. Haven’t tried it on my TV yet, but will try it.

Loud, great sound and super comfortable. It’s hard to find headphones that are comfortable because I have big ears and these fit like a dream! Great battery life to

My first impression is that this headphone highly sophisticated visual appeal. Bose don't disappoint with the quality, I had other QuietComfort, but this one a highly superior to the previous generation. Besides the quality, the improvements on connectivity are noticiable. Where is the volume, this will be the only question, it is not intuitive and there is small line behind your right speaker with no signs or info, you run your fingers up/down to control the volume.

I’ve used Bose headphones for years, and these QuietComfort Ultra Headphones continue that trend. The sound quality is excellent, the noise cancellation is incredibly effective, and they’re comfortable enough to wear for long periods without fatigue. One thing Bose has always been consistent with for me is comfort and overall balance. The headphones sound great without being overly harsh, and the noise cancelling makes a huge difference whether I’m at home, traveling, or just trying to focus. They also feel premium and well built. I especially like how immersive the audio feels while still keeping vocals and details clear. Battery life has been solid, connectivity has been smooth, and the overall experience just feels polished. These are definitely one of those products where you can tell the quality over time, which is why I continue sticking with Bose whenever I upgrade audio gear.

These are easily the best noise canceling headphones I’ve used. I fly a lot and the difference on the plane is crazy. Engine noise almost disappears. Sound is clean and comfortable for long hours.
