Customer Ratings & Reviews

The Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphones represent the absolute zenith of what over-ear wireless headphones can achieve. The legendary noise cancellation is in a class of its own, creating an almost surreal pocket of silence that effortlessly erases the hum of airplanes, the clamor of city streets, and the distractions of a busy office. This allows you to focus completely on the music, which is delivered with stunning clarity, rich detail, and the deep, balanced bass Bose is known for. The new Immersive Audio feature is a revelation, adding a subtle but breathtaking sense of spatial depth and width to your music, making it feel like you're in the room with the artists without ever sounding gimmicky or unnatural. Beyond the stellar audio performance, these headphones are masterclasses in comfort and design. The plush, cloud-like ear cups and perfectly distributed weight make them disappear on your head for hours of uninterrupted listening. The intuitive touch controls and seamless multipoint Bluetooth connectivity make switching between devices effortless. The battery life is more than sufficient for all-day use, and the sleek black design exudes understated premium quality. For travelers, commuters, and audiophiles who demand the best in both silence and sound, the QuietComfort Ultra is an uncompromising and worthy investment.

It became a secondary hobby for me to find the ultimate pair of noise cancelling headphones; countless hours of YouTube Videos and visits to BestBuy to try different options. Without hesitation, I truly beleive this is the "Goldilocks" option. The noise cancellation is phenomenal, the weight is low, the on-station charge time will accomodate any world flight (>15 Hours), the foldup is super compact making for ultimate travel option, and the comfort is amazing. I have now had them for a few months now and truly love them. While I have seen some user's post down-sides like "the in-ability to turn off noise cancellation" to get crazy long battery life (do you really need 30 Hours continuous) or the price (which is in-line with similar players from Sony, Apple, JBL, and others).

Terrific noise canceling ability, decent bass when turned up on the equalizer in the app, comfortable faux leather padded ear covers, great adjustable size range, easy to use touch controls, multifunction soft touch button, great compact carrying case, comes with aux and USBC compatible charger cord, but no wall adapter, great transparent and motion tracking modes in the app, superb 40hr battery life, super clear built in mic. Great for everyday wear 8.5/10 could use a little more oomph in the bass department, not the most secure on head if you plan on using them for the gym, doesn’t come with a wall adapter for the charging cord even though it’s $370+, ear padding can get a bit hot at times if you are active while using them.

top quality headphones, even better than the previous model, excellent battery duration, used it on a flight from Miami to Portugal (9 hrs) and the battery was still 70%, noise cancellation is total, very light design, didnt hurt my ears after 9 hrs of using it, as per the price, I got it with a Visa reward of $200 so it cost me only $230, great price for a top quality headphones

Review: Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones The Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphones are truly exceptional, living up to the premium standard Bose is known for. From the moment you put them on, you’re greeted with unparalleled comfort—thanks to the plush ear cushions and lightweight design, making them perfect for long listening sessions. The sound quality is phenomenal. Bose has always delivered balanced audio, but the QuietComfort Ultra takes it a step further with incredibly clear highs, rich mids, and deep, punchy bass. Whether you’re listening to music, podcasts, or watching movies, the sound experience is immersive and detailed. Noise cancellation on these headphones is next-level. It effectively silences background noise, whether you’re on a plane, in a noisy office, or outdoors on a golf course. The aware mode is equally impressive, allowing you to stay aware of your surroundings when needed. I use these headphones regularly outdoors, at the gym, and even while playing golf, and they never fail to deliver. The secure yet comfortable fit ensures they stay in place during physical activities, and the durable build holds up well in various conditions. The battery life is a standout feature—lasting over 20 hours on a single charge. It’s so convenient not to worry about charging them constantly. Whether I’m on the course, at the gym, or commuting, I know they’ll last all day without any interruptions. The touch controls and seamless Bluetooth connectivity are intuitive and make using the headphones effortless. Pairing with devices is instant, and the connection remains stable even when moving around. They’re a fantastic investment for audiophiles, frequent travelers, outdoor enthusiasts, gym-goers, or anyone who values a top-notch listening experience.

This has to be my favorite pair of headphones of all time. Let’s start first with the blue color, it’s a very dark blue and it looks absolutely gorgeous in this color. Next is the price, I ended up purchasing these on Black Friday when they were about $329 which I think is a steal for these. Next is the comfort! I can’t emphasize this enough! My glasses people these are the headphones for you! The comfort is the best part of these headphones. I wear glasses and various types and I never have that head crushing feeling after wearing these for a long time. Next is battery life it does the job! It lasts me alll day! I took it on a flight from jfk to Jakarta Indonesia and that’s not a short flight about 18 hours and it lasts the whole thing with about 15% left. Sound quality, now it is important to understand everyone has a different ear for sound and I prefer my bass cranked up and it is also equally important to stress to DOWNLOAD THE APP to access the EQ settings for thesr headphones. The bass is absolutely PHENOMENAL, it’s not muddy at all and it does a great job in delivering the bass to my liking and does exceptionally well with hip hop and rap music. J Cole, 50, K. Dot (etc) Now if you aren’t a bass head you can also tune the bass down as well as the mids and treble to your liking. Lastly is the ANC, the ANC is on a whole different level. I mean it’s almost scary how quiet it gets, and when you got something playing you wouldn’t even know a bus is flying by. In conclusion I have to say for full price it’s a little TGH but if you wait for the sales price! Absolutely give it a try! It’s sealed in my number 1 favorite headphones for a long time I even bought 2 pairs.

The quality itself of the headphones is great. I got mine especially and specifically because of the noise cancelling and the feature that allows you to adjust how much noise you want to block or how much you want to hear. As a current college student going into nursing school, I often find myself having trouble finding where to study because there is always loud noises going on even in the quiet zones of libraries so these were the best choice for me, and also because I have very loud nieces and nephews that visit me on a daily. Not to mention as a student I always find my computer or phone dying on me mid lecture so these will automatically connect to any other device I have paired it with allowing myself to easily begin the lecture on another device without having to search for them on the Bluetooth tab. On the other hand I am also a person that struggles with depression and anxiety and the only way to get myself together that has worked the best is by listening to music or exercising with a good quality sound device. Not only the quality of the audio but also comfortability, these allow me to adjust the size to my head, and the ear cuffs rotate so when they are not in use I can put them around my neck and they stay rotate stay flat against me and allow movement of my head. Also another plus is the battery life, I can sometimes use it 4 days in a row and won’t die on me easily.

The Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphones are hands-down the best noise-cancelling headphones I’ve used. The noise cancellation is absolutely top-tier—whether I’m on a noisy flight or just trying to focus at home, it blocks out distractions effortlessly. The Aware Mode is also super helpful when I need to stay aware of my surroundings without taking the headphones off. The sound quality is phenomenal. Clear highs, rich mids, and deep bass that doesn’t feel overwhelming. Whether I’m listening to music, podcasts, or taking calls, the audio is crisp and immersive. Plus, the spatial audio feature adds a whole new dimension, especially when watching movies. Comfort-wise, they live up to the QuietComfort name. Super soft ear cushions and a lightweight build make them perfect for long sessions without any discomfort. Battery life is solid too—I easily get through a couple of days without needing to recharge. Pricey? Yes. But the quality, comfort, and performance make it totally worth it. If you’re serious about noise cancellation and premium sound, these are a no-brainer.

Very light, sound is awesome and battery life is very good so far. They are comfortable and volume is very responsive with just a touch of your finger. I bought them on sale and worth it!

I purchased these in the middle of December 2023. These headphones are comfortable, and the audio provided feels next level. I come from the Sony - WH1000XM4 Wireless headphones I had for two years. The noise canceling is more profound than the Sony's, but it feels great. The Bose app works great and allows you to customize some settings. The headphones widen comfortably for larger heads. My only concern is that I sometimes would like the audio quieter, but I can't turn it down to the volume I want without going all the way down to mute it. It may be an iPhone aspect because I have used the headphones on my PS5 and can find a comfortable volume there. It may just be the noise canceling working a little too well, haha, but I felt it was worth mentioning.

I bought these QuietComfort Ultra headphones in June 2024 to replace my old Bose QC35 that I used for years. This is my second pair of Bose noise cancelling headphones, so I had high expectations. Overall performance is excellent. Noise cancelling is stronger than on my QC35, especially for low constant noise like engines and air conditioners. On planes and in crowded places they cut the background noise down to almost nothing. The aware mode works well when I need to hear what is happening around me without taking the headphones off. Sound quality is a clear step up from the QC35. Bass has more impact but still stays controlled. Vocals and details sound cleaner, even at lower volume. With the Bose app EQ I could dial in a sound profile that works for both music and movies. Comfort is classic Bose. I can wear them for long workdays, flights and gym sessions without pressure points. The new USB C charging is a big improvement. With the QC35 the old micro USB cable was always a hassle, now I can use the same cable I use for my phone and other devices. Call quality is better than on my old pair. People on the other side hear me clearly, even in noisy environments. For calls plus music these are one of the best all round wireless headphones I have tried. The big negative for me is the same problem I had with the QC35. After several months of regular use, especially in the gym where there is sweat and moisture, the earpads start to crack and peel. On this Ultra model the pads actually started peeling even faster than on my QC35. For this price level I expected Bose to fix that by now. I really hope the next generation uses more durable pads or includes a better sweat resistant design. If you want top tier noise cancelling, comfort and sound, these are an excellent choice and a strong upgrade from the QC35. Just be ready that with heavy use, especially workouts, you may need to replace the earpads sooner than you would like.

Very comfy, I can see how ppl say it’s not “loud enough” but these are perfect, their never uncomfortable loud just like the perfect amount to me. Their really comfy and don’t hurt my head after using them for so long. I have a pretty big head and ear lol but they fit comfortably. The noise cancellation is the best and what I love the most. Helps a lot when getting overstimulated by sounds in public. If u want really painfully loud headphones these are not for u, if u want to escape the sounds from the world and listen to music for hours without getting a headace these are for you. Very portable and looks very good. Had them for under 2 months I still use them regular and daily

Bose QC ultra is very comfortable and has pretty good NC -better airpods Pro 1 and senheiser momentums. I faced a lot of QC issues and had to return them twice .I could hear a clicky sound when i moved my head and music wasnt playing. Sound is good , but senheiser momentums are better. Immersive mode is a hit or miss depends on the track. On some songs it completely changes the sound stage. Battery life has been poor for me. Sometimes it will go from 80 to 20 in just standby which is weird. Touch slider control for volume is a pain to use and very flimsy.

The headphones are light and sound quality is amazing. The noise canceling is some of the best I’ve found. No complaints. Battery is extremely long lasting.

They offer outstanding noise isolation performance, effectively blocking out ambient noise, which is beneficial for commuting or office environments. The sound quality is clear and sensitive, with a punchy bass and excellent instrumental staging. Users have noted that the headphones are comfortable for extended wear, though some mention that the design isn’t as luxurious as some competitors.

High quality headphones, worth every cent in my opinion. If you fly anywhere close to somewhat frequently these are more than worth the $. The noise canceling is top notch and the headphones are extremely comfortable. The BOSE app allows some customization which I have used to tweak the sound to my liking (which honestly was fine right out of the box) They get plenty loud for my tastes and come in a convenient case that allows them to be tucked away safely when not in use. I have no complaints. I doubt the average person that knows what these are and are considering purchasing them would be disappointed. 5 Stars.

**Review for Bose Over-Ear Headphones** I recently upgraded to the ultra-quiet Bose Over-Ear headphones, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! From the moment I put them on, I knew I had made the right choice. They are incredibly comfortable—so much so that I often forget I'm wearing them. The design is perfect for long listening sessions without any discomfort. I initially purchased the basic model that was $100 cheaper, but after trying these premium headphones, I quickly returned the basics. The immersive listening experience is truly remarkable! The sound quality is incredible, with crisp highs and deep lows that make every song feel alive. One of my favorite features is the adjustable settings. I can switch to "Aware" mode to stay alert to my surroundings or crank it up to block out everything for complete focus. This versatility makes them perfect for any environment, whether I'm working, traveling, or just relaxing at home. Overall, the upgrade was absolutely worth it, and I highly recommend these headphones to anyone looking for a top-notch audio experience. Bose has truly delivered with these, and I can’t imagine going back to anything else!

Bose never disappoints. Every product that Bose manufactures is always better than the next one. The Bose overhead noise cancelling headphones ultra quiet are no exception. The sound, the great fit over the ears, the battery life combine to make this headset probably the best in this price range. Another important feature is that the Bose Headset fits absolutely perfectly in its carrying case.

Excellent product, high quality sound and almost perfect noise cancellation, comfartable to wear for long time, compact and good to carry
