A: Hi Tony, that is a replacement silicone eartip, the removable part designed to aid comfort/fit of the product. You cannot purchase actual singular earbuds. If you lose or damage one, the entire product will need to be replaced as they are paired together during the manufacturing process.
Q: Are they compatible with QC II earbuds
A: Hi JR, thank you for your question. These eartips are not compatible with the QuietComfort Earbuds II, as they are designed specifically for the QuietControl series.
Q: Home many decibles of sound do these earbuds reduce
A: Bose does not publish these specifications. The reason for this is that we believe such statistics do not add very much to an understanding of an audio product's acoustic characteristics and, even worse, can be misleading. Audio manufacturers make these measurements independent of industry standards, and in varying conditions. Additionally, a single statistic is not a reliable measurement of a product's performance. One could, for instance, find a very expensive system with exactly the same specifications as a much less expensive system. On paper, the two would appear identical. The difference in performance, however, would be significant. A better approach, we feel, is to listen to the product. We strongly urge you to make your own comparisons. Bose systems will surpass your expectations.
Q: Can ear buds work for hearing my husband snoring?
A: We can only officially suggest using the StayHear+ Tips with the Bose product they were manufactured for. However, if you wish to use just the eartips to sleep in, you're welcome to try them and see if it helps.
A: You will charge the earbuds with these in the charging case and connected to power with the provided charging cable. To download the Bose Music app, a smartphone will be required.
