A: You can the volume via the included remote control. If you download the Bose Soundtouch app for either your computer, smartphone or tablet, you can also control the volume along with the bass. The bass setting is under the 'settings' menu.
A: Hello Rob, you'll need to link the 3 SoundTouch devices via WiFi to play the same content. Bluetooth pairing is one to one.

The 20 is great for any room in your home where you'd like rich, detailed sound without taking up a lot of space. A: Yes, you can use it as television surround if you're other devices are Bluetooth or Wi-Fi enabled, or able to connect via USB.
A: The USB on the back is for setup purposes via a computer. You can connect to this device via Bluetooth, headphone jack, wired or wireless network and software for PC and phone.
