I love these! I am an AirPods devotee but didn't trust them to stay in my ear while working out or riding my bike and the transparency function on the AirPods is a bit disarming. I had a cheap pair of Anker clip ons that were ok, and I discovered that clip on earbuds were perfect for bike riding -- I could hear music or podcasts while riding and yet still hear the hum of car engines and other outside sounds. The sound on the Anker buds were ok, but not great so I decided to upgrade to a pair of Bose Open Ear. The Bose Open Ears provide amazing sound, stay on my ears and are comfortable to wear. They charge seamlessly in their case and seem to last long enough for my uses. The midnight blue color is lovely. They look strange but the clip onto the side of the ear and stay put. The round side goes behind your ear and the other side rests in your ear. Pulling them closer to the ear canal gives you a louder sound, less outside noise while they provide less sound to your ears if they rest higher up. There is an app where you can control the tone, set them up to connect up to two devices simultaneously, and turn off the enhanced sound for better battery life. If you have newer Bose products, it's the same app. My other Bose products are a little old so I have two apps, one for the old Bose stuff, one for these new Open Ears. These are NOT noise cancelling earbuds. Use your AirPods or other ear pods for that. These are great for when you want music but you also want to be able to hear around you in a non-jarring way. Go on walks, take them to the gym, hop on your bike (probably not motorcycles). My only real qualm is that, as an AirPods user, I am used to knowing how much battery is left in my charging case. Even in the app, these don't show you the percentage. You just get vague white and orange lights that tell you when might want to charge them. The buds themselves, however, will tell you their battery is full when you put them in your ears, typical to Bose products. Overall, I am so happy with my purchase. I got them on sale and open box so I thought that the sale price was right for these devices (~$150). Full price is a little steep.

I am very happy with my new Bose earbuds. The sound quality is excellent with deep bass, clear vocals, and great overall balance. They are very comfortable to wear for long periods and fit securely in my ears. The noise cancellation works really well, helping me focus whether I am at home, at work, or traveling. Battery life is impressive, and the connection to my phone is fast and reliable. Overall, this is one of the best audio products I have purchased, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for premium wireless earbuds.

Let me start off by saying these are not for everyone. These are awesome earbuds depending on your needs. The sound is crisp, the battery life is great, bass is good. How they clip onto your ear is very cool and innovative. I can wear these headphones at work the entire 12 hours comfortably. They are very pricey but worth it to me because I need to be aware of my surroundings and the sound is amazing. I turned on the immersive feature and it’s like you have music playing in your head, I love it. Again, very pricey at $300.00 but what do you expect they are Bose. No noise canceling on these for obvious reasons. If you like to jog outside or want to use them for work these are perfect for you. If you’re looking for perfect sound/bass with noise canceling do not buy these. There are a ton of better options. These are specifically meant for people who want to be aware of outside noises/surroundings. If you have issues with real earbuds falling out or are hurting your ears, these are for you. These earbuds just clip onto your ear with ease. I love the premium feel of the case as well.

I love these earbuds. I’ve tried a few other products before, and I prefer these out of all of them (earbuds wise). I like them especially for the design. My ears get sore after wearing other earbuds, these are extremely comfortable and after 8+ hours at work my ears don’t ache at all. Regular earbuds fall out of my ear during regular/rigorous activities, these don’t budge at all, I’m sold my guy. Obviously on the pricey side, but I say it’s completely worth it for what you get compared to other products. I kept these in my bag for about 2 weeks give or take and they just started getting low on battery the other day. They aren’t meant for complete noise cancelling but regardless, the audio is amazing and even in louder environments my music/audio is drowning out most background noise. 10 out of 10, but 5 out 5 since the cap is 5 stars ⭐️

I really love the design and style of the Bose Open Ear headphones. They look really nice and feel lightweight. The sound quality is good, even when I keep the volume low, which is how I usually listen to my music. If you turn the volume all the way up, people around you can hear it if you’re in a quiet room, but that doesn’t bother me because I never use full volume. My favorite part is the different listening modes. It feels like the music stays in one place, so when I turn my head, it feels like the music is following me. It’s a really cool experience. I also like that they don’t go inside my ears. They’re comfortable to wear, but after studying with them for a few hours, my ears start to hurt a little. I think that’s just because I’m still getting used to wearing them. Overall, I LOVE these headphones. They’re stylish, comfortable, and sound great. I would definitely buy another pair in a different color, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for open ear headphones.

I had the 1st Gen, and I’ve also tried other brands’ open ear headphones, including the bone conduction. And I’ll gladly say, the 2nd Gen has an improved battery life as well as the same astonishing sound you’d expect from a Bose Product. You still have access to the app to adjust and configure your “preferred sound”. Voice Assistance is hard to initiate, but does work. And these guys do NOT budge a bit no matter the activity. I highly recommend them to any glasses wearers looking for something new, or anyone with sensitive ear canals. The 2nd Gens interesting colors also make for nice conversation pieces and cute accessories. — Only CON is the case does not wireless charge, which is okay, but for someone quick on the go and saves time by just having everything be pocket ready, having to unplug the case kinda kills the vibe. Especially at the price you’re paying, and then the “wireless charging case” you pay for separately, is absolute trash. The case’s case gets hot if left on the charger too long, the silicone texture is obnoxious and very bleh feeling, and worst of all, the “lid/cap” is exteremly loose fitting and has no inner layer or even mild adhesive to keep it attatched to the case. It is constantly loose and flopping about.

I purchased these the other week and have not been disappointed. The sound quality is excellent and there is plenty of bass for me. I can still hear things around me with these earbuds in and they are extremely comfortable to wear. One of the biggest things ive never liked about most earbuds is they always feel like theyre falling out of my ears. Not these! They feel very stable in my ears and are not annoying to wear in the least. I absolutely love the unorthodox design. These are light years better than the Powerbeats Pro i purchased last year. If you don’t mind dropping $300 on a pair of earbuds, these are very well worth the money. I would give them 6 stars if i could.

I purchased these headphones so I could hear while exercising and have a routine alternative to the ear wax collecting AirPods. I was very impressed with the sound quality of the open ear design upon initial listening in my car. The Spatial Audio sounded amazing and immersive when listening to voice audio and some songs. After some use, I found I was losing sound quality if I didn’t adjust the headphones just right in my ear, I could never seem to consistently find the sweet spot. Phone calls are absolutely horrible due to the low quality microphone. I contacted Bose about the issue and they had no resolution to the problem and could only offer to swap the device; the issue is the components not my item specifically. Needless to say, I talk all call directly on my phone when I’m using these. The case is built with surprisingly low quality plastic. The lid feels like it can be easily crushed or broken with the wrong move unlike the AirPods case. Sometimes the headphones will lose synchronization between each other resulting in audio in only one bud which can only be resolved by placing the pods back in the case. The battery life is sufficient and I can use the device all day without needing a charge. They are comfortable and it’s easy to forget you have them one. In loud outdoor spaces like walking downtown or in a mall the audio is very washed out. When I use these in quite location they are great for listening to YouTube, podcast and music. The audio profile is rather good when you have the on properly and there’s no excessive noise. I do use them for casual listening to audio content as I stroll around the house or in the city because I can still interact with people while I have background music playing and I avoid the ear wax magnets (AirPod). I would not recommend these for travel, gym or as wireless phone. They are great for running and casual listening in low to moderate noise environments. I personally would not buy them again unless Bose fixed the mic issue.

I have been reviewing all different types of earbuds lately to purchase and I tend to get ear fatigue with regular earbuds that go in your ear. I have a low brand open ear earbud that I love using for when I go to bed as I love listening to music to fall asleep and wanted something that didn't bother my ears. These Bose open earbuds are amazing. I have always loved Bose for the sound quality and this ia no different. If you are looking for noise cancellation earbuds these are not the ones for you. However, the sound these Bose ooen earbuds give is truly amazing. They fit very comfortably on your ear and look pretty stylish too. They don't even look like your typical open earbuds. Some may not like the setup as it's not the most user friendly but I found that once you go through everything it isn’t difficult at all. I also wanted to make sure these had a microphone so I could use for phonecalls and these earbuds have a great quality mic. The quality and sound and look is perfect in my opinion.

The headset is very comfortable, lightweight, and easy to use while sounding great when listening to music. I tend to use them mainly for calls which is where it fell short big time. They let in way too much background noise to a point that had people asking me if I had a different set to use or they would get irritated by the noise they were hearing. This really made the price too high. Would love for Apple and Beats to try their hand at open ear.

I’ve been using the Bose Ultra Open-Ear True Wireless Earbuds for a few weeks now, and they are absolutely incredible! Pros: Comfort: These earbuds are so lightweight and comfortable that I sometimes forget I’m wearing them. Perfect for long listening sessions! Sound Quality: The bass is surprisingly robust for open-ear earbuds, and the mids and highs are clear without being harsh. Build: The White Smoke finish looks sleek and premium, and the earbuds feel durable. Battery Life: I’ve been able to use them for hours without needing to recharge, which is a huge plus. Cons: Noise Isolation: Because of the open-ear design, they aren’t ideal for very noisy environments. But that’s a fair trade-off for the safety and awareness they offer. Overall, these earbuds are perfect for anyone who prioritizes comfort and situational awareness without compromising sound quality. Highly recommend for daily use, workouts, or commuting. Bose has once again set a high bar for audio technology!

First off I want to say as someone with bad ear fatigue and swollen ears from any earbuds that go in-ear this is legit the best thing to ever happen to me!! Now let me tell you why. First off sound quality, the sound quality is phenomenal but its not just ordinary sound. The sound is so hard to explain its like a movie theater is constantly following you around everywhere you go. Because its open and not inside your ear I feel like the sound is more natural and feels like you can touch the sound rather it being locked up in your head. I could go on all day long about the sound but lets talk about the comfort. As someone who can only use headphones because earbuds are so uncomfortable these really change the game. If you put these on right it fits perfectly and does not fall out. Ive worn these today for a total of 8 hours and a lot of the times I totally forgot they were even in. I tested them walking around the store doing some chores and even laying around and it didnt cause any problems. They are very lightweight so you dont have to worry about it weighing your ears down or falling down. Some more perks that are very nice to have are all the modes they offer I wont list them but the bose app offers different sound settings to choose from to enhance your experience. For the mic/phonecalls I don’t really know but I also don’t care. I give these a 5 star because of sound and comfort. I truly can’t explain how balanced and comfortable these earbuds are. Buy them and you will see

I was excited to purchase these. I thought they were a bit pricey, but considering the brand I said it was worth it. The design is perfect, considering I didn't want anything directly in my ear due to moisture retention. I'm extremely active, I work out a lot (so I sweat a lot). I would recommend this style for anyone who has a history of ear infection!!! They are lightweight, when I was running/ working out I couldn't tell I had them in my ear. I'm able to multitask so I like the idea of being able to listen to my music and still hear whats going on around me (so these were perfect) however, if you cannot focus or deal with a lot of noise at one time, these are not for you because (they don't go directly in your ear, so you still hear everything going on around you). Again, they do not cancel out anything going on around you and I had a few people complain that they could hear everything in my background. Unfortunately I had to return them on the 14th day because I could barely hear the individual on the other end. I watched a great deal of videos on YouTube. I played with the app and the settings, but I had no success. This could have been just a faulty pair. I was able to hear the music louder than my voice calls. I also don't like the volume setting, the volume should be much louder. I am a gadget person, I love the design, the variety of colors they come in, and the app was easy to set up. I would consider purchasing them again

My AirPods were going out, and I have the Bose Quiet Comfort headphones that I love, so I decided to stick with Bose, and I’m not disappointed. What I love the most about these is that I can wear them and not feel like my hearing is muted since they hook on your ear, but when I’m listening to music, it’s loud and clear! I can also wear them longer than traditional earbuds because they don’t hurt my ears after having them in a while, plus they are so lightweight, sometime I forget I have them on! Definitely recommend & will buy again in the future!

Loving my Bose Lunar Blue on ear earbuds! The sound is amazing, and I have tested many of which do not compare to BOSE sound! I wore them at the gym and could hear and be aware of things around me, but also switching to immerse mode helps to tune out the less pleasant playlist in the gym to my own music and made my work out much more enjoyable, and as a result, helped me work out longer than usual! I love that they are not in the ear, but on the outer part of the ear and the controls are super easy to navigate! Highly recommend these!

I love having ear buds that i dont have to take out every time someone starts talking to me. The sound quality is good and the battery life is exceptional for small buds. These are wonderful for folks who may have had a hard time finding buds that fit their ears. These are not, however, comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. My ears start to ache from the way they squeeze to stay in place. But my ears are more sensitive than most folks. My biggest complaint is the connectivity. These constantly disconnect from my phone and/or the buds lose sync with eachother. It's incredibly obnoxious to have to manually reconnect them all the time and at $300 it's unacceptable.

I got apple air pods, I bought these as a replacement, they fit perfectly, very comfortable, I like that you can still hear your surroundings while wearing them, unlike the apple air pods. The sound is a little better in my opinion than the Apple pods. I highly recommend these headphones highly. I’ve had them for about two weeks now, they are just amazing in all aspects. Comfort is very nice, you can exercise and they firmly stay in place.

I love these. I don’t even feel them on my ears. Sound just surrounds me and follows me effortlessly. They’re really one of a kind. I minus one star because they are not waterproof which is just so practical now-a-days and additionally if you lose even just one of them, finding it is very much just up to chance.

These headphones are great! For open earbuds, the sound is better than anything out there. They are cheaper ones that are $160 to $200 that get louder, and can be used in more daily activities, but they don’t sound as good. Bose bass is clear with music, and they sound great with videos/podcasts compared to others i have. The next most important thing is the fit is incredible! They are super secure and you barely feel them and it’s so unique and they look great. The button is very clicky. My issues with them is they don’t get loud enough, my ear pockets are a little bit bigger than any of the advertising so the speakers are millimeters further away from my ear canal. I also think for $300 it should have wireless charging. Other than that I recommend them for sure! 

Ive tried airpods, cheap JLAB earbuds, wired headphones, SHOKS, all of them. Nothing comes close to the versatility and quality of these. Theyre so comfortable I forget im wearing them, I can always hear my surroundings, the sound quality is incredible (and NOT worsening with age after a year of heavy use which is massive). The ONLY drawback ive had with them is airplanes and very loud environments. If you prioritize noise cancellation, these might not be for you. I personally dislike “transparency” mode and prefer to actually hear whats going on around me even when I’m listening to music, and these excel at that. I was hesitant at first because of the price tag, but honestly in the long run itll be worth it because any other pair of earbuds wouldve broken or started sounding quiet by now, and I have a feeling I’m going to get YEARS more listening out of these bad boys. Highly reccomend.
