Had Best Buy’s install this Boss Elite. They did a fantastic job! Traveled about five miles before the radio started to scan FM stations on its own. I had locked in 5 of my favorite FM stations. When I got home I called Boss customer services. They suggested to perform a factory reset. Did not fix the problem. I then went back to Beat Buys and the Techs also witnessed the random scan issue. I’m throughly disappointed. This radio looks great, has everything I wanted, even a knob for this old analog guy to adjust volume.

It would not remember settings that I programmed in it. The touch screen would not take my taps. Very disappointed. I am returning it.

I bought this for the CD player as well as the touch screen applications. The CD experience is terrible. There is a 4 second delay when choosing tracks. So going to song number 5 when putting in a CD will take 20 seconds instead of a couple of seconds with a button to press. Not good for CD listening at all.

I upgraded by 2006 Tundra with this receiver unit and it was a piece of cake to install. I got all the required install parts from Amazon at a much cheaper price and total install was 2.5 hrs (my first time). Works like a champ. NOTE: This was supposed to be installed by Best Buy however they failed to do so because of COVID-19. 100% legitimate reason to cancel...BUT I received no cancellation notification at all and showed up to the store to be told this.

Good for the price. Nothing really fancy about it. It gets the job done.

We got this for my wife's car that's and older model 300. Great sound and easy to connect to her Samsung phone so play her music. Solid looking display and quick installation by BB.

Will never come back there my radio does not work right they put it in wrong and now my controls don't work nothing lots of things don't work

Great radio for the cost. Would highly recommend. DVD player works well for the cost.

Terrible just awful. Bluetooth connects maybe 1 out of 4 times. Touch screen is dated and barley works. Sometimes it doesn’t even turn on with the car. Not worth it and should be discontinued
