Small Footprint!

The pedal can work without a power supply, but you lose the LED lights and can only use the momentary setting of the foot-switch. I purchased this to use for my amplifier, and a 1/4 " TRS cable is all that you need for both outputs to function from the A/B port. Seems to be extremely well constructed, like most Boss pedals.

Excellent footagirch. I use it with my GT1 processor. It is compact and it does what it is supposed to do well.
