Does what it is supposed to and is of better quality than other brands. Pricey, but you get what you pay for, and this is a solid product. If I am going to have shaky legs while performing exercises on this, I want to feel like the item isn’t of poor quality, and this fits the bill. But oh my word was this box jacked up on delivery.

Easy to put together, good quality, and works as intended. Looking forward to building more core strength with this Bosu.

Wife asked for this as a birthday present to help with balance, as she has this in her Pilates class. So far so good. Helps with balance and can help with cardio. Unsure about long term durability and it does seem a bit overpriced at $150.

I love Bosu balls and this one is truly awesome. I haven't had any issues with it so far and I use it daily. Kind of pricey but you pay for quality

The trainer feels solid but has enough give to challenge your balance. This has been great for rehabbing an injured knee - feel the strength coming back!
