It works as a lens hood. It slips on and twists and stays on until you take it off. It blocks excess light like it should. Pay attention to your lens size and get the one that will fit your lens.

I am still learning how to use it properly. I am a beginner photographer but I am enjoying it very much! However one side is damaged. So that is disappointing. But I’m learning.

Easy to install and use. Perfect for my camera. I was also missing my lens cap so it was awesome to have the lens cap in the purchase too.

Cap and hood fit well to Nikon lens. Easy to install. Very simple and work great for protecting sun ray when taking pictures and easy putting the dust cap on as well.

Love it, but am confused as to why it doesn’t go on as smoothly as I would like, and can’t figure out why I can’t get it to go on with the larger part at the top like it is suppose to. I am going to have to go in and have them show me why It isn’t doing that. Probably the operator. LOLOLOLOL. Also, it comes apart in three pieces, which scared me because i thought I broke it. I love the fact that you can reverse it and keep it on the camera. That is a cool feature.

Why buy the brand name when this one works just as well. Good quality. Includes a lens cap. I would recommend this one.

Started out with a canon T3i for fun, started getting more serious into photography and decided to upgrade to the T7i as it was cheaper than most professional cameras and could still get the job done. I obviously bought replacement lenses but the ones that come with the kit are really good also. No bad for a semi professional photographer who doesn’t have a lot of money to spend on big name mirror less cameras.

Fit my Sony A-65 perfectly. Easy to attach and remove. Difficult to reverse, but I keep it on whenever I am taking photos outdoors with my wide angle lens.

The accessory fit perfectly, but it is was unpleasant to see that it does not really cover much of the lense so sunlight still hits the lens directly. Inexpensive item, but little useful.

Perfect it takes very good pictures, the Bluetooth is a bit hard to connect for the first time but once you do it it’ll make getting the pictures to your phone easily

Threads onto 55mm diameter lenses and filters just as advertised. Fits nicely when reversed so the camera and/or lens fits into the case.

The cap fits well. I bought the wrong size but tryed the fit on a different lens and it fit well. Returned and will buy the one I need when they get it in.

Needed this accessory for some photography I was doing. Nothing special about it. Easy to use had no issues. Ended up not needing it as much as I thought I would be no complaints about the product itself.

Bought difference sizes for my lens when i adapt a step up ring to the lens and is different than the original size, but also use as spares and the hood helps minimize sun glare.

Great little product for emergency protection. Camera I bought used didn't have these covers to protect the front of the lens. Fits on just like a factory part.
