Q: The part that holds the phone. Does it only hold iPhones or can it hold any smartphone? I have a smartphone Samsung Galaxy A50 and its larger than some iphones.

A: I have an iPhone XS Max, which is slightly bigger than the A50, and my phone fits it. That said, the larger phones are heavier and need a little extra attention when positioning the phone so that it stays steady and doesn’t weigh down the arm holding the phone. So I guess size really isn’t all that important and sometimes bigger isn’t as Helpful. sorry couldnt resist...

Q: I don't see a single photograph or comment that this can be used as an attachment to an LCD monitor so you can use it at your workstation. Can anyone answer if you can simply use this by attaching it to the side of a normal 23 in LCD monitor?

A: I don't think I would attach it to the monitor itself because the clamp is pretty strong, but I've clamped it on several desks to set the light just behind/above my monitor and it works great.

Q: Is phone holder arm bendable? Or does only the light arm bend?

A: Both bend and the phone holder swivels for portrait or landscape

Q: How tall is the camera clamp stretched out?

A: 20 1/2 inches when stretched out. Then the light is another 3 1/2 inches. So it is very adjustable to the size of the screen. Works really well for my 17 inch laptop screen. Very happy with it!

Q: How wide does the clamp open? I have a wide table top and I'm worried that the clamp won't open wide enough to clamp onto it. ????

A: Ive attached it to my desk which I estimate is 1 1/4 inches wide. The clamp is strong but I dont know if I would push much past 1 1/4 inches.

Q: I have questions about the unit's base: 1. Does the unit have to be clamped onto a desk/table, or will it remain steady if it's simply standing on a surface? 2. What is the maximum thickness of the table/desk that the clamp will accommodate?

A: Any adapter that has USB is fine. I actually use the one from my amazon Alexa.

Does the job it was supposed to.
This light does the job well. It provides very effective lighting. It is a little larger than it looks in the product description, but that means it can reach farther. The larger size and heavier weight does mean that it needs a sturdy surface to attach to. Too heavy to attach to a monitor, small laptop, tablet or smartphone. The buttons are a little small and require very precise finger presses, but I do appreciate the variable light levels and shades. I just hope the buttons hold up to frequent use.

24" LED ring light.
This lamp works great over my computer desk. The clamp is very sturdy and can be hooked up just about anywhere on my desk. I wasn't sure if I wanted/needed the phone clamp but it does come in handy. The clamping system for the cell phone is very secure. Depending on your computer set-up and the location of your USB ports the USB cord may be a bit short for some people. The LED lights work great and create plenty of light on my desktop. There are three different lighting modes and a dimmer, so this should work for anyone's lighting needs.

Ring light
I used this for my online live, and whenever im taking selfies! I love this.. its flexible 24” ring light makes your face so light and its long arm is so strong that can be positioned into any shape, 360 degree rotating lazy bracket clip can adjust to any angle
