A: You can as long as you have software to mix the two audio streams together. Something like voice meter.

A: No. They downmix both microphones into a single Mono audio stream.
Q: Is it possible to connect one mic directly to my hearind device? It is Bluethooth ready
A: No. These are not Bluetooth. They have their own proprietary wireless connection from the microphones to the receiver and the receiver connects via USB-C.
