Machine was delivered on time and set in area planned for use. Easy to put together- be careful handling bolts - some not easy to access and easy to drop them. Machine works as advertised and overall is a great piece of exercise equipment. Does not have a dedicated monitor but very easy to mount and use your smartphone or iPad. The use for walking/ running is simple and straightforward in manual mode or preprogrammed exercises. Only item I wish was better is a more accurate heart rate monitor- it’s way off according to my I watch and manual pulse rate and can’t get it to come closer to reality with chest sensor or hand sensors. I may call company for suggestions here. Overall very satisfied and would recommend highly if looking for a good basic machine.

After just a couple of weeks, I am really enjoying this treadmill. I love to be able to change the speed and the incline easily, while I am walking. Smooth walk nice and quiet so I can read or watch TV while using. I have already recommended this model to my sister.

Originally, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to purchase a treadmill and I was in and out of Best Buy site consistently on a daily basis, but I finally did it and I bought the treadmill and I couldn’t be happier. Bowflex has always been a good brand and I’ve bought treadmills before, but I wanted to make sure that the next one I would get would last. I feel like I have a gym treadmill at home with the Bowflex. Worth the buy. FYI: easy to assemble (i did it by myself and it only took 1 hr 1/2, I recommend using the youtube video). Highly recommended. 

So far I love this machine and it’s been everything I expected from a company like Bowflex! Assembly was relatively easy and I was able to put it together by myself. I would highly recommend at least 3 people if you need to move it after delivery as it definitely a solid piece of equipment, but hopefully that also means it’s well built and will last for a long time. One of my favorite features so far has been the higher speed and incline capabilities, these have made a great addition to making workouts more challenging than any other treadmill I’ve used before. Highly recommend!

I love the treadmill!! Delivery was on time/no damage and they placed in my garage for me! Set up was fairly easy will need two people. The treadmill runs fantastic high incline and good speed. The ability to slowly lower the treadmill deck on its own is a game changer…so much easier then manual. I’ve done numerous long distance and interval runs with no issue! Very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend.

Bowflex treadmill is one of the most likes equipment we bought by far. Liked by humans and non-humans in the house -our lovely cats. We got help from 2 dedicated best buy technicians which made this purchase even better.

Sturdy treadmill. Easy to use and assemble. It gets quite loud and shaky after 10mph so if you want to max it out, something to be aware of.

I've progressed from a twenty-something marathoner to a seventy-something post-cardiac fast walker. This machine well serves that entire spectrum. Highly recommended.

Great sturdy treadmill! Previously owned a horizon treadmill which lasted about a year before I ran it into the ground averaging about 10-15 miles per week. I’ve had the Bowflex now for a few months and it’s far more sturdy and durable. Feels a lot safer to run on and seems to have a longer running board/belt than most domestic treadmills. The treadmill is a little louder than the last treadmill I owned, but not extremely noisy. The noise is more of the foot hitting the surface sound than the treadmill itself. So far so good with this machine. Would recommend to others.

This treadmill is well made. It is sturdy and relatively easy to use. You can put in several different users. We are still trying to figure out how to play our music through the speakers and how to do the quick start when you have entered yourself as a user. The only thing I don't like about it is that when you pause it, it will reset to zero after a short period of time. For example, if you pause it to talk on the phone and come back to it, it will not save the time you have walked. I like the fact that if you forget to turn it off after using it, the screen will turn off after a period of time. The description on Best Buy reflects it is 37 pounds, but that apparently is a typo as it is more like 370 pounds. The fan is quiet. It is comfortable to walk on. This is a quality treadmill and I can recommend it.

Love the treadmill so far, it’s running very steady and quiet.. we bought it for $1k when it’s on sale. Time will tell if this will last without any issue. The only thing I wish the Bluetooth connection can also pair for music too, too bad it’s only design for the chest heart rate.

Was bigger than I thought it would be. Definitely heavy but sturdy. Was easy to put together, may need an extra hand putting the sides on. Only down side is when you have to lift the base to fold it, tadbit on the heavy side.

I love this treadmill. It’s the right size for a home or apartment. I love how quiet it is and I love that the incline goes up to 15.

Love this Bowflex treadmill. It’s quiet and runs smoothly. There are preset buttons for speed and inclines. There’s a wide running board. There’s continuous heart rate and calorie counts. There’s a 3 speed fan. Get get a total fitness count at the end of each workout. The subscription is optional and performs well without it. Love the fold up option. I opted for the delivery and installation. Those guys were great and explained the features before leaving, I would highly recommend this treadmill

The treadmill works well. It seems to be sturdy. Assembly was pretty easy. This is heavy, so keep that in mind because it will take 2 strong people to move this into the home. I had it delivered and the 2 guys struggled getting up my stairs. Just an FYI

This is a great treadmill, its exactly what i needed. Im 5'7" and on the heavier side so i needed a sturdy treadmill to get back on track. It's not super loud when walking or running but with headphones in i dont hear it at all. It is on the heavier side so be careful when moving.

We are very happy to choose this one among many other options. It has very good performance. The only negative thing is we could not find how to use its bluethooth feature. Besides that it is very quality product!
