The chair is narrower than I expected — I could practically fit it inside my dad’s current recliner. The right-side cup holder also had an issue: the cup insert came loose and kept the holder from sliding open. After about ten minutes with a screwdriver, I was able to get the insert back into place so it would work properly. Ohh and the vibration remote cord is too short. Overall, the chair looks nice and the motor is impressively quiet. I just wish it had more cushioning from the knees down to the feet for better support. Aside from those concerns, it works the way it should. Cup holder issue made it 3 stars.
