I purchased the Bracketron MagAlign Pro Mount, expecting it to provide a convenient, hands-free solution for my phone. Unfortunately, after just a few weeks of use, the device completely fell apart. The magnetic attachment separated from the base, making the mount unusable. I tried to return it to Best Buy, but they refused to stand behind the product or offer a replacement, which left me very disappointed. It seems I’m not alone in this experience, as other customers have mentioned issues with the adhesion and durability of the mount. Some reviews noted that the mount would only stay attached for a few days before falling apart, similar to what I experienced . While the magnetic strength is often praised, the overall quality and reliability seem questionable, especially considering the price point. I wouldn’t recommend this product due to its poor construction and the lack of support from Best Buy.

Followed the directions for a better result. The base was attached for 2 days. Only a small piece was left attached to my dash.

Works as expected except the mount for the dash did not suck. Let cure for more than the recommended 72 hours but came loose after a couple hours of use. Moved to windshield and the suction cup works well there but the arm is a little too short to reach far enough past the dashboard.

Beware, terrible product Best Buy will not refund or give store credit for this terrible product not happy with customer service or return policy. Product Magnet does not hold my iPhone 11 Pro. Keeps falling off Have not Been able to enjoy the product that I spent my hard on money on

I don't recommend purchasing this item. I bought it new in the middle of July and by October with minimal use, the magnet came off the base when I removed my phone from it. I glued it back on with Gorilla glue and it just fell off again. Now I've got to spend the money to send it in for warranty work or just trash it. Not worth the money imo.

The quality of this product is very poor, I have bought two and both broke within a week. On one unit the magnet came off, the other one the entire magnet mount broke off. I would not recommend buying this product, it is very poorly engineered and made.

Some may think it's pricey but I'm happy with my purchase. I like this product so much I bought two. I have one in each of my cars now. I like the multiple ways you can mount the base and the magnet ring holds the phone great while driving and it's not hard to take the phone off the mount when you need it

I bought this as I needed to mount my phone to drive for Lyft. I like that it has the capability to raise and lower it as well as bring the phone closer or push it back. I have the iPhone Pro so sometimes I have to adjust it again to make it higher. I also think with the heavier phone it doesn’t allow me to make it as high as I’d like. Overall I love it. Works better than others I’ve had and would recommend it.

Works really well. If u prefer to tick it on dash let the sticker sit for a day or 2 before attaching anything to it. Have it stuck to my windshield and it sticks really well

I have had issues finding a phone mount over the years but this one is fantastic. It holds well and the magnet is exactly what I needed since my car is a little older and do not have the screen for navigation when connecting my phone. So far this has held up well, holds my phone in place even going over bumps. No more of my phone falling.

Have it set on dash and has been holding firm even while driving on dirt roads!!!
