It's easy to use and has a lot of power. I had an older model that I loved but I used it to mash up dates and there were pits in them (they were supposed to be pitted) and it fried the older one! I was sad but then we got this baby. It seems to be more powerful than our older one. It's easy to clean up and store, which I love.

This is one of the best hand-held blenders I have purchased. Very sturdy product and of superior quality to other blenders in the market. Easy to use, clean, and store away. Good value for your money. You won't be disappointed.

While living with a friend who did not have a food processor or mini-chopper I got used to using his immersion blender chopper attachment (attachable bowl and blade) as a mini chopper. This accessory was as well made and sturdy as the actual stand alone mini-chopper I used to have. When I moved out I wanted to upgrade my old Braun immersion blender so I could have the whipping and chopping accessories. Did a bunch of research and found that the Braun is the most recommended. So I bought it in July. The chopper attachment worked well, but felt really cheap and flimsy. Also, the bowl was extremely difficult to clean, as the pillar ensures that you can't put your hand in there, you basically need one of those foam wands that are made for cleaning narrow drinking glasses or champagne flutes. Anyways, less than two months and 4 uses later it broke, the post that notches into the hand motor snapped off. Emailed Braun and the reply 2 days later said that I had to call. I did and was told I had to upload the receipt and...call again. I did and was told that because where I purchased it was not "an authorized Braun reseller" they would not replace this part. While I was living with my friend, the chopping attachment blade on his Cuisinart immersion blender separated from the post. This was an old model that they didn't even make anymore. I emailed Cuisinart hoping that they could sell it to me or tell me which blades were compatible so I could buy it on ereplacmentparts.com. Instead, they sent me the part for free, after one email and no questions asked. Needless to say, never buying another Braun product again.

I am so happy with my new Braun Hand Blenders quality. Have wanted one for some time and chose the Braun brand based on their reputation. So far I'm very pleased with the results and not having to bring out the big food processor. Have made hummus, salsa, smoothies, mashed potatoes, and creamed vegetable soups. Can't wait to experiment more when the weather cools down and it's fun to be in the kitchen again.

I love this product.very convenient. It saves time while cooking. Light weight to hold. Easy to use. Motor is powerful. After using this multi quick hand blender,I am a fan of Braun brand.

We love it ! My mother uses this everyday . Either to chop your veggies or to whip your egg whites, make your mayonnaise without having to use big jars. Easy to clean just put it in your dishwasher.

This could be my favorite kitchen appliance now, and it's at the top of my list if I ever have to furnish my kitchen from scratch again. Smoothies, success, soups, mayo, salsa and more! The little chopper kinda sucks tho

It is very good quality hand blender. It is working really good and easy to clean. I like accessories too.

It’s appearance is elegant. Having 21 speed is useful. The only down side is the size of bowl which is small. Also, it is so thin. It might not be durable. That’s why I returned it.

However the chopper is small but in general i loved it. So fast and quality is perfect.
