I always used Braun so I had trusted its quality and bought this product. However after using 5 months the engine started to work noisily and it does not rotate the blade now. Additionally, the the plastic parts already meltd in the dishwasher. The idea of moving the blade up and down was good. But the engine died I guess. I called the service center but they leaded me to Delonghi-Kenwood Service center I guess the service is together. And when I looked at provided website there is only buy spare parts section. I had trusted Braun but that product is not necessary I guess. Its engine is powerful but its operation limits are same with other cheaper hand blenders. Overall, plastics and engine are bad, steels are good. In my opinion weakest chain quality determines overall, I do not recommend.

I was hesitating if this is what I need.. was thinking about a simple one. However, now I’m happy that I decided to purchase this more advanced blender. Very powerful and not noisy.

This is a good update for my old Braun immersion mixer that broke. It’s easy to use and the parts are easy to clean. The masher and whisk work great, I haven’t tried the chopping bowl yet. I bought and returned the cordless KitchenAid mixer because it was awkward to hold and too heavy. This one is a nice size and not too heavy, but is still very powerful.

So far everything has worked out great with this hand blender. I think that it will last a long time. It has a nice aesthetic outside, and a powerful engine inside. This should last a long time. The only downside is perhaps that it's a bit pricey.

The original braun hand blender was discontinued and i was disappointed. It was the best kitchen hand blender. I saw the new ones in 2017 and got one. This is my 2nd set, since the first one was over used and the jar turned quite opaque. I got this whole set to replace that. All attachments are quite good. I am glad they got new attachments to the old version of this blender. BTW you can get just the hand blender if you want. This is a great kitchen blender for Indian cooking, since we almost blend green and dry masalas for most of the cooking. This is convenient and easy to use.

This item made in Europe and the design is perfect. The plastic parts are not enough strong but food processor and all pieces work well

New version works very well, masher is cool idea. Good power.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas and she loved it. Got some great meals too as she tested it out. She has a big food processor, but really enjoys not needing to get it out for small jobs. A great complementary device to a big processor.

I really love this set we use it often and even my husband likes it. Would love to get one for each of my kids. Very powerful motor and easy to clean makes short work of homemade refried beans.

Sooo many functions and takes up very little space. I use it for everything. As a veggie chopper, a cheese grater, a mixer everything!

I have been wanting this for a long time. The deal was right and I don’t regret it. This is going to replace so many of my current appliances.

This gadget works amazing! So many uses from shredding coconut down for breading on proteins to making shakes.

Great set. Everything you need. Makes prepping so much easier. Downside is more stuff to wash.

Comes with really good accessories. best hand blender in the market so far. some parts are stainless steel some of them are hard plastic.

I bought an earlier version, and loved it. This is even better.
