Product probably good, seller definitely bad.

The product I received from a third-party seller (Apex Ventures Group) arrived with a broken tamper seal. Despite being advertised as new, the seller denied my refund request, claiming it came directly from the manufacturer. I am very grateful that Bestbuy customer care team stepped in to resolve the issue and process my refund.
