OMG this little machine has changed my life.. i originally purchased in march but didn’t want to leave a review until i had seen significant results. i’ve used it weekly for two months (halfway through the suggested treatment) now on my armpits, legs and upper lip and i can honestly say this is definitely worth the money. get ready for a lengthy review because i really love this: - legs: i don’t think i was super hairy but i hated having to shave my legs in the shower. the hair would grow back in like two days and it was very prickly. now i stay smooth for at least four days and it’s not as sharp as it used to be. it takes about 5 minutes to do both my legs from my toes to mid thigh twice. - upper lip: i had already gotten this lasered about three years ago, so my hair was very fine and i only had to shave once a week before the growth became very noticeable. this is the area that needs the least upkeep for me. it literally takes 30 seconds, i only go over it once because my skin is sensitive and it wasn’t a trouble area. - underarms: this is what made the purchase worth it for me. i had gotten this area lasered too before but i didn’t see much difference. i could shave my pits in the morning and i would see stubble by the afternoon, plus i would get ingrown hairs. this area takes maybe 2 or 3 minutes in total, i go over both armpits three times and i saw improvement by the second time i used it. now i barely start seeing any growth after like three days. i’ve never worn sleeveless tops so many days in a row! PROS: takes less than 10 minutes to do all three areas vs the time it takes to make the time to visit a spa or wherever you can get laser. it doesn’t hurt that much. the cost is so little compared to paying by session and by area. easy to store. CONS: the only con i can think of is that the light is pretty bright, i do think it could harm your eyes and they don’t provide any protection. so i just wear polarized sunglasses and avoid looking directly at it while using. i would add photos but some people might find it gross.

Worked as expected. Fast results, good quality and materials.

I have sensitive skin and shaving and waxing irritates more than anything. This product doesn’t irritate my skin and I’ve noticed that the hair growth has diminished

Did not work on black skin (Oprah’s shade..as they put it)...

I purchased this about 2 years and used it for a short time (2 months) before putting it away in storage for a move to a new house. I just pulled it out last week and it doesn’t work at all. I called Braun and they aren’t interested in helping, replacing, or discussing my issue except to ask if I “checked the plug”. So I paid $300 for a dud. I didn’t expect a full replacement given it is past warranty but maybe a little more help than they were willing to provide considering the price. I won’t be purchasing Braun products again.
