If you never played the OG version on DS, this is a no brainer. If you did there is just enough improvement to make this version worth your time.

Just as good as the 3DS game, except it performs even better. Also, the new minigames that use the mouse controls are fun bonuses as well. Only issue is that its a Game Key-Card, which defeats the purpose of a Physical release, but I decided to make an exception just this once because this game is dear to me.

If you are a lover of RPGs then this is a good one! I do wish it was not a download but having a key card is better than nothing! Delivery from Best Buy was quick and they made sure I was aware of when to expect it.

I really liked this game when it was on the 3DS and I finally I can enjoy it on HD. Highly recommend if you like rpgs and final fantasy series

Bravely Default was a fantastic update to the classic JRPG turn-based formula. This is that game, again. If you haven’t played it before, check it out!

Gameplay is still solid and holds up well, The new HD remaster really makes visuals pop and give them a better look in comparison to the 3DS version. Perfect game for trips and travel as no performance issues arise when not docked so it can be enjoyed on the go.

Bravely Default: Flying Fairy is such a vibe. Classic JRPG feel with a really pretty art style and music that hits. The job system is super fun to mess around with, and the battle system actually makes grinding kinda enjoyable. Story drags a bit at times, but I was still hooked. If you like old-school RPGs with a modern twist, this one’s easy to get lost in.

If you're a fan of turn-based JRPG style games this one is a must have. A ton of jobs (classes) to choose from, a bunch of side quests, control of monster spawn rate and a little village that you develop as a side-game over time. Plus the story is great. I loved this game on the 3DS and I recommend it to anyone for the Switch 2 as well!

The original on 3DS was fantastic, this is transcendent. Beautiful graphics upgrade, fun motion mini games, earnest and charming voice acting, and an enticing and flexible jobs system make this the definitive edition of an already excellent game.

If you have played Octopath 1 & 2 and Bravely 2 on the Switch this is a must play. Looks great, beautiful basic drawn areas, Light hearted, well balanced cast, boy with heart of gold, the Vessel he helps, the warrior woman and the want to be ladies man. Banter that makes you laugh. All the Job classes and bravely system make it a fun, challenge pleasant adventure.

The game itself is great. I never had the original and I wanted to play this HD remaster. However, it's the ONLY time Nintendo will ever get my money for a key card. As of this writing, it's now also available on Steam. Get it there instead.

As someone who got to play the original, the game plays about as good as the original. The quality of life features that where added make the game play even better, but I wish it had more in it.

It's a Game Key Card but it's still the full game. Looks great and it's very fun

This is a very fun jrpg, the characters have great voice acting and amazing personalities. Its pretty long, around 70 hours for a casual playthrough.

While the graphics may look a bit outdated, the battle system, music and writing are superb.
