Nicely made product but two things. Temp control a bit vague and lid could be a little tighter.

Everything's Ok and perfect, except electric cord to outlet (220V) seems to be short. A little bit longer electrical code will be perfect appliance.

Heat control does not work. Lid does not fit.

Very disappointed with this pan. The lid does not seal properly and the heating control needs constant attention. I would like to return it. Please let me know how to go about doing so.
