I purchased the Breville Bamboo Cutting Board to go with my Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro, and it was the perfect addition. It fits securely on top of the Smart Oven and creates a safe, heat‑resistant surface that protects my cabinets from the heat the oven gives off. It also adds extra prep space, which I love. This cutting board is well‑made, looks great, and truly completes the setup. I highly recommend purchasing it along with the Smart Oven — they work beautifully together.

It did not come with the oven and I purchased it separately as a accessory. Very useful to put on top of my new Breville Oven Pro. Oven gets very hot but with the board you can easily keep things on top and close at hand while you are cooking. Worth the money!

This fit my Breville joule oven perfectly and keeps the heat from rising to my kitchen cabinets above my joule!! Also perfect for serving food and to use as a cutting board!! I love it!!! Just order it!!!

I haven’t used it as a cutting board, but I do use it to store things on top of the toaster oven.

This is a high quality cutting board that fits perfectly above the Smart Oven Air. It has rubber feet that raises it above the oven itself and allows air and heat to escape. The feet also fit perfectly in the indents on top of the oven. The board itself is very thick and sturdy. I can't say how well it actually functions as a cutting board since I mainly purchased it to control the heat emanating from the oven and to also keep the top of the oven clean. That said, it's really expensive for what it is and you can easily find a thick bamboo cutting board around this size for a lot cheaper. However, if you're looking for one that fits this specific oven perfectly, you don't really have a choice, unfortunately.

The board was packed well for shipping. It is a good fit on top of the oven and looks nice. Since the oven top does get hot it also works as protection from the heat.

Exactly what I needed, this is the perfect accessory for the breville oven. Keeps everything cool when I put additional items on top of the oven.

Must have!! I bought the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer. I use it daily, and my only gripe was how hot the surfaces had gotten, especially on the top side. So to combat getting burnt I bought the Breville -Cutting board. BEST, BEST, BEST decision out there. It looks and feels nice, it has rubber legs on the bottom so it is not sitting flush against my Breville allowing air circulation when cooking. I was able to put all my Breville accessories on top of it when not in use, or actually use the cutting board to cut meats and place hot cakes or pie tins. It's practical. I know Amazon has some dupes but trust me, get the original.

Great Item to have for Model: BOV900BSSUSC SKU: 5850410 and maybe other models if it offers this option. I don't use it as a cutting board but use it as a top shelf to set HOT things on when you take them out of the oven. Stays cool on top while the bottom feet can take the heat below. Works Perfect.

Ridiculous to spend all that money on an oven and not buy this. Handsome, useful, and prevents burns, as the top can get very hot.

This is a better than typical cutting board. The silicone feet give it good stability and keep it from slipping when slicing, cutting and chopping. It fits the top of the Breville oven air pro perfectly, giving it the perfect storage place, as well as shielding upper cabinets from the oven's heat.

Fits perfectly on my air fryer. Gives more storage space above fryer and off counter.

Serves its purpose and keeps things from being damaged by the heat it puts off from the top. It also allows me to set items up there on the cutting board safely even when the unit is in use. I do not regret my purchase.
