Really enjoying this wok from Breville. I like an electric wok because it s easier for me to control the heat. This wok does so much more. Also have the smart oven air fryer from Breville and use that now instead of my large oven.

I really like this, I make a lot of rice bowls so making the veggies, meats, etc for them is fast ,easy. But I like how you can cook most anything in it. Only thing is it is VERY large. No problem for me but if storage is hard for you just beware, clean up is easy. Heats fast, glad I got this.

We were looking for a wok and so pleased we found the Breville. Easy to use. Large bowl. Hot and even heat up the sides. Pretty enough to serve out of. There are a few "tips and tricks" videos on You Tube and we found those helpful. Just be sure not to use metal utensils, as with most non-stick surfaces. But so far, very happy with the wok

I can say I've used this new electric wok 3 out of 7 nights each week since I got it. It heats evenly, quickly and the lid ensures a good seal for steam to cook the food while retaining moisture - yes you can cook casseroles over several hours.

I have a ceramic glass cook top and can't stir fry on it. No matter how long I preheat my frypans, foods always end up stewing and cannot be stir fried properly. This wok heats up very hot quickly. So far I have stir fried noodles, meat dishes etc and everything has been good. Meat succulent, veggies crisp, noodles firm and tasty. Love it. Because it is nonstick, no 'wok hei' taste from previous seasonings/cooking but food is still delicious.

The Breville hot WOK is one of the best woks ever made. It heats up the sides like no other work I've have owned. The base comes off for easy cleaning of the wok surfaces. Superior workmanship.

We have been looking for a good WOK for a while and we have had a great experience with this one. It heats evenly and cleans easily. My wife is very happy with it. What more can I ask for!

Purchased this replace an older unit. The cast aluminum body heats evenly and pergorms great.

So versatile. And the healthy low or no oil approach to cooking is already seeing results. It is large but I just put it on my stove top because I foresee not using my stove that much. Easy clean up!

We've used this multiple times. This has been great for our stir fry meals. We have also used it to make popcorn. It is heavy duty and cleans up well.
