I love this nespresso machine. Its convinient, easy to use and well designed to last a lifetime. Ive been making all kinds of coffee drinks and cocktails with it. Definitely happy with this purchase. Also mine did come with the nespresso intro pack, but ive heard if it doesnt. You can contact nespresso and they can give you the trials.

It's been nearly 8 months since I purchased this machine and about 3 weeks it started making a lot more noise than usual and the first troubling sign was when it started overflowing the milk or it just didn't froth the milk correctly or it wouldn't heat the milk at all. And now for the last 2 weeks it continues to leak water despite the fact that I have rigorously fallowed all cleaning instructions as required from the moment I started using this machine. For these reasons I cannot under any circumstances recommend this primitive noisy machine that costs over $850 but performs like a $50 machine.

Good espresso maker. Worked flawlessly so far. Seems a bit pricy for the features, but I would buy again.

Excellent machine for making espresso and cappuccino with out the mess of espresso grinds just pop a capsule and what it brews super hot

If you don’t mind taking the time to clean your equipment after use, it’s a great machine and makes a great cup of coffee / latte / espresso. Fairly simple to use but you should read the directions for tips on how to use this product. Glad we made the purchase and use it daily. 30% of the cost of buying lattes from Starbucks. If you drink specialty coffees, it’s a great purchase.
