This pressure cooker looks very nice. It is simple to use and works well. It is a little expensive compared to some of the other units like InstantPot, but I think the interface is better and it looks nicer on the counter.

I purchased this because I was about to give up on my Instant Pot--I found it to be very confusing to use. I ran across the Breville on the Breville web site and read the description and reviews, then checked reviews on other websites, all of which were quite favorable. This pot is much more expensive, but my experience with Breville products is that they are well made and easy to use. I bought it on Best Buy because I had rewards points and Breville does not honor coupons; the price was the same on all sites. It is definitely easier to use than the Instant Pot--it has a screen that is controlled by 3 knobs, pressure release is controlled by a button on the panel (my favorite) and on the whole is very intuitive. I've seen some people complain that the lid doesn't come off; it does, but the arm holding the lid doesn't. Once you get used to removing and replacing the lid, it is very easy to do. One thing I really do like is that the moat is much easier to reach into with a paper towel to clean. You do have to make sure that the gasket is seated properly and that the lid is closed properly or you'll get a "lid not closed" message on the screen. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with this pot and would definitely recommend it. I'm not so keen on the cookbook, though--I found it to be fairly useless. It's easy to use other instant pot recipes with this cooker.

I use this a lot and makes cooking everything a breeze. Two things sold me on this over over cookers. The Quality of Breville and the fact that I don’t have to use an oven mitt and tongs to release the steam. Really glad I made the purchase.

This Breville Pressure/Slow Cooker exceeded all my expectations. The design and features are far superior to all the others on the market. I highly reccomend it. Makes cooking a joy and an adventure.

Easy to use once I read the Manuel. I was initially intimidated since I had ever used a pressure cooker It would be nice to have more videos on this model.

After purchasing the Breville Barista Touch and the Breville Combi Wave 3 in 1, I purchased the Breille pressure cooker. All allow you to "pick" a setting by the type of food (or drink photo if using the Touch). For example, I cooked some BBQ beef ribs "on the bone" using the quick setting (50 minutes) then slow cooked them to cook for another hour using the slow setting. I am no cook, but in my opinion the ribs came out very tasty. The standard slow setting is 10 hours.

Bought it on 6/15/2019 and it stopped working on 07/07/2019. I used it 1-3 times a week. Problem: Stuck in preheating

I just wish that the included recipes were more in the line of home cooking. Like easy pot roast, stew and such. Will try with my stew recipe and make a decision.
