Well-thought out design, solid build, high quality materials and easy to use. I’ve tried other carbonator machines including portable (aerflo which I love) to high-end “pro” series costing twice as much (aarke) and the Breville Infizz Fusion is by far is the best. The Breville Infizz Fusion comes in two options: one without the 60L CO2 canister and a bundle that includes it. I recommend getting the one without the CO2 canister and instead subscribing to the Simpli Soda exchange plan where you get two for $12.99 each using their app. Unpacking, reading the instructions, cleaning the parts before first use, screwing in the CO2 canister, and making my first carbonated drink took me about 20 minutes. The Breville Infizz Fusion comes with an Infizz cap which allows you to bleed out excess pressure, a plastic bottle; a bottle brush that makes cleaning very easy, a funnel and a funnel strainer. Unlike other brands, Breville doesn’t use a proprietary quick connect canister that locks you to using only their CO2. You can buy your screw top CO2 canister from pretty much any merchant. Tip: I keep three glass bottles (aarke pro) in the fridge specifically for storing carbonated drinks. I love the aarke pro bottles but hate the machine. I recommend glass bottles for this purpose so you can clean and reuse.

I’ve been using the Breville InFizz Fusion Bundle w/CO2 and I love it. It’s super easy to use and lets me carbonate all kinds of drinks — not just water but juice, tea, cocktails, and more, thanks to the smart FusionCap. The brushed stainless steel looks great on my counter, and the carbonation is strong and customizable. It stores nicely in the fridge with the included bottle. Cleaning is simple, and overall it’s a fun and useful gadget if you like fresh sparkling drinks at home. I’d recommend it to anyone who enjoys fizzy beverages.

Incredibly stylish and a perfecf addition to a household that loves to drink fizzy drinks. You get the inFizz in the box along with one bottle and one C02 cartridge to help you get started. Curiously, the bottle has an expiration date, and I've learned that this is due to the material weakening over time, which is nice to know for my safety. Using the inFizz is easy as you only need to twist the head into the bottle and lock the bottle into the main body. After locking in place, short one-second bursts of C02 help sublimate the gas into the water to add that distinct texture and mouthfeel. In addition, the inFizz fusion is also designed to let you add carbonation to already flavored drinks, a great feature to have to let you carbonate juice, tea, or even spirits. Overall, it is a very enjoyable and versatile of kitchen equipment that won't look out of place. It provides a good utility that allows us to enjoy fizzy drinks at any moment.

Like everything else made by Breville, this is a well constructed and attractive device. It's easy to use, but we did have a few "explosions" in the beginning reminding us the directions need to be followed. It can really fizz something up or give it a gentle effervescence or anything in-between.

Sleek versatile machine, looks good in a kitchen and has more uses than a less-expensive version. Worth it if you want it for those aspects

Of all these carbonating products, the Fusion is the best! Watch a video online to understand the difference between the aqua and the fusion. I want to carbonate my juices so this was definitely the way to go and super simple to clean up.

This does everything it says it does. I enjoy experimenting with different drinks, although I have had a few accidents because the lid is not securing when I think it is. To say it’s over priced is an understatement for what materials and technology make up the product, ie, someone is making a fortune. But I gave 5 stars because it’s well made, seems sturdy, and fun.

Stay away from this item. The CO2 bottle can only be exchanged at BestBuy, since no one else is selling Breville. Go with a nice SodaStream instead and get a bottle that you can actually exchange. Highly disappointed and will likely not buy anything from this brand again. Looks nice, works well but definitely not worth this money.

I was able turn organic apple juice into a sparkling cider! So cool.. cant wait to try more juices!
