I've had this for about 2 weeks and so far it's been good. It does come out of the box ready to plug in and go, however, if you read the instructions, it says to lubricate the entire underside of the belt with the provided oil. I was able to do this on the sides under the belt, but I wasn't able to make the oil reach to the middle since the belt is tightened. Hopefully that is good enough because I didn't want to take it apart to loosen the belt. It would've been nice if it was pre-lubricated. The fastest it can go is 3.8mph. I've been walking on it twice a day at work, for 1 hour at 3mph at a time. When I unplug it to move it, I notice that most of the front end/screen area of the treadmill is hot to touch. I'm not sure if this is normal or not, but I hope that this doesn't wear down the parts faster... The remote that comes with it is also nice to have, but you're only able to adjust the speed with up and down arrows, 1 speed at a time (you can't hold the buttons down). Also, there are no buttons on the treadmill itself for adjusting speed, you will need the remote. Overall I'd recommend it to a friend, co-worker, acquaintance, etc, but I do wonder how long the treadmill lasts before it decides to croak...

It was easy to set up all you had to do is un box it and plug it in. If you want it on a incline you just clip in the 2 legs and adjust the screw legs so it is fully supported. Trying to register the product wasn't is. It wanted to place the WhatsApp on my phone and I didn't want it. I called the phone and registered by speaking to an agent. The remote to turn it on is easy to use. However the one that came with this one has a problem, it stopped working after 3 days. I placed it away from the walking pad and the pad is kept off unless using. It kept happening. We changed batteries but it couldn't last more than 3 days. Called th have yhe remot replaced still hasn't arrived. We solved the problem till the new one comes by removing the battery each use then putting it in when ready to use. The remote is hard to open so this is a pproblem. I like the speed as I am a senior citizen and want to walk not run.

I purchased this for my son who works from home and wanted to start moving more. We also purchased a standup desk so he can walk while working. This was just the thing, it is compact and easy to store and he really likes it. I would recommend.

It’s a great walking pad! It’s been a great addition to my life. I now can walk while I watch tv or listen to music in the privacy of my home.

Small enough to fit in office under desk. However it’s heavy and a little inconvenient trying to put back under bed or against wall.
