Nice coffeemaker with all the accessories to make your own coffee or use k cups. It brews an excellent pot of coffee with the infuser tube in the pot so it's evenly balanced all the way through. I really like the basket filter. No problems at all and I've been using it a few weeks now. It's very good quality feeling. It's big and takes up some room and it has lids that flip up on top so it doesn't go well under cabinets but I'm ok with that.

I love the pot and single cup brew in one unit, and the temp and strength controls. However, there's a sporadic issue with the single cup brewer. The control lights flash and you cannot brew a cup. It will also pop the top off during the brew once in awhile. I did some reading from the Brim website and other websites, and learned that the problem is common. I was going to return it. In fact, I contacted Brim, but was on hold with horrible taped music for nearly 30 minutes before hung up. I completed the return authorization with Best Buy, which was SIMPLE and QUICK. However, it started working again and I let my lazy side take over and just kept it.

Very good and nice looking coffee maker especially after getting on sale. It is nice that you can do 3 things with it like single serve k cups or ground coffee and brew 12 cups with the carafe. Would definitely recommend buying this machine.

Built in Keurig option is great. Has k-cup option and option for fresh coffee grounds for keurig. Easy labeled numbers for ounces in pour section inside the maker for keurig and regular drip side. Option for paper filter or fresh grounds on drip side. Adjustable height for cup on keurig side.

Very happy with everything except it’s a little heavy and didn’t slide easily on counter top. had to put some felt square tabs under each corner of the coffee pot so it would slide easily from under my cabinets so as I could fill with water and coffee grounds. That made it so much easier for me

Got this coffee maker to replace my K cup coffee maker and it definetly is so much better. My coffee is richer and it also is quiet. I love that ut has the option to use the k cups if you choose but the filter option also. Would recommend this coffee maker!

I love this coffee maker. Best thing I ever bought are use this every day the single cup what a great invention I don’t waste a pot of coffee in the morning down the drain like I used to using my black and decker coffee maker, which rusted out every three years!!

Excellent purchase! Easy to use, great brew! Cant use the k-cup side while brewing pot, but able to pause to make.

Great coffee pot. Brews fast. Has two inserts for the K cup coffee pods, one for regular coffee and one for a insert.

Surprisingly good for a cheap price. I really love it. You can brew or use the k cups.

Only thing that would be better is if it had a bigger resivour to make mor ghan just one K-cup

It’s not bad…does the job…a little slow, but that can be overlooked

After a couple months, the single serve side of the coffee maker stopped working properly. It just steams and overheats without making even 1/4 of a cup of coffee. Buttons hard to see from the lettering and location on front of coffee maker.

Best coffee maker I've had. Got it for $60 on sale great price. Frickin awesome because you can make single coups if you don't want a drink a whole pitcher

I went to hospital and 4got i order it when i came out it was delivered byt not the brim and lable didnt have best buy on it so i thought someone else order me one 4 christmas as i look on my best buy order purchases i seen the brim and i sd hugh wat where when i nevered recieved it and i rexieved a different make model not happy with it so i lost out for going to hospital nd staying there 4 a while and receiving the wrong machne so rating is for other machine not brim forced to recommend to other people but its for other machine
