I love my Brother! It's the best laser printer I've ever had.

Excellent results. Lasts a long time compared to HP products. It prints with sharp impressions and no smearing, smudge free. Very good quality. I would recommend it because it is a very good product for the price. It doesn't dry out like other products.

This was a necessary item for the printer to function. It was readily available online from Best Buy, was delivered quicker than they had stated, installed easily, and so far, works as it should.

Tried the aftermarket drum for my brother printer and despite it fitting properly, every time we sent something to print, it would not allow it to process. Purchasing this brother brand drum corrected the problem immediately.

Have purchased this unit for future use when the original drum gives out. Seems fine, but it is quite pricey. It is nearly 1/2 the cost of the printer itself. I was tempted to buy less expensive drums from other manufacturers, but did not and instead went with Brother equipment. It seems that it is now the standard not to include manuals with products, and also the standard in the printing industry to be ridiculously proprietary and charge outrageous prices for basic equipment. This is not Best Buy's fault; it seems to be a conspiracy among printing companies to do this practice. It is very important to research printers well. I do not understand how a compatible drum can cost $35, but a Brother drum is $107.

We own a Brother MFC-L27100W, and we've used this replacement drum at least twice over the life of the printer. It's fantastic. Does what it's supposed to do. Lasts a long time. Worth the price.
