Works exceptionally well. Reasonably priced and worth my hard earned money. User friendly. Easy to set up. Economical for my business. Energy efficient. Fast response from computer to printer. Customer service support very helpful and efficient. I can print from anywhere via Brother's iPrint & Scan app, iCloud and other platforms. It's convenient. Prints double sided too! I tried a comparable Samsung printer and the Brother came out on top. I will by no other brand.

I'm biased since I only use Brother printer at work and at home. The cartridges are readily available and the printers are fast and reliable. I got the Brother HL-L2380DW and leave it plug in since it awakes from sleep mode without having to turn it on.

Compared to Brother, HP and other printers like HP were asking around $99-$119. I decided to go Brother & not go with a HP because my last model was dookie. This model was asking $134 I believe? Great printer for the cost. Prints super fast, easy install and setup. Controls are nice.

Everything about this printer is exactly what i need! It is a great printer for the value! Fast, Quiet, and efficient! Only thing is the pictures and heading suggest the printer is completely black, the majority of the printer is actually entirely gray and only the very top panel is black, even the top tray is gray.

I've had this printer for over 6 months now & it's a really good printer. Quiet when printer. Copying & scanning is a breeze. No technical issues at all. Very user friendly

I needed a printer using toner for many crafting needs! Perfect printer and an added benefit when I need to print instructions, etc. Lower cost than my inkjet printing!

We use this as a label printer, and it prints about 30-50 sheets a day, and does them flawlessly. Set up was a piece of cake and the mobile app is outstanding!

Very efficient. I won't say you're going to have the same experience, but I'm still using the toner it came with. Five years later and still on the same one. Can you say that about your inkjets, at $40 per refill? Nope. Money saved.

I finally gave up on inkjet printers because my Epson printer would not allow me to print if I did not have all of the four ink levels at atleast 25% The ink for my HP printer was as much as buying a new printer, so I decided to try this entry-level laser printer after reading such great reviews - 5 stars almost everywhere. I decided to forgo the similar Brother offering with a scanner because I wanted something so simple that I could not possibly have problems with. This neat little printer has been able to keep up with all my schoolwork, some of my classes require us to print out several pages of notes and this printer does so very quickly and at good quality. The letters are not overdone, it's darker than grayscale but lighter than black, which is perfect for my use and saves the toner in the long run. ALSO, while doing research I discovered this printer has some of the most affordable replacement toner, you can find one for around $40 that will last you hundreds of pages, and no need to worry that it will dry out like inkjet printers. Would very much recommend to anyone who does not wish to spend the extra money on color, no use for a scanner, and just wants something simple to use. Set up took about 10 minutes on a macbook, i'd recommend searching the website to make sure you have the most updated version of the software. Lastly, there is one flaw with this product.... when it goes into SLEEP mode, your printer will not pick up the print job from your computer. The only way I've found to get around this is to turn the printer off and back on and it will begin printing or you can try to disable the sleep feature but the menu options are tricky as the printer has only a tiny screen barely enough to indicate the status of the printer. If you need a scanner then I would recommend the Brother l2380dw, this printer's "big brother"

WOW! just WOW.. I have owned this for 7 years I just put my 5th toner cartridge in it. so 4 toner cartridges @ $35 over 7 years. I've spent $5 a year on ink. I print sheet music for a LARGE brass band in New Orleans.. I've printed several years worth of bank statements for various reasons.. so I have printed THOUSANDS & thousands of pages with this printer that I paid $117 for and $35 for ink. $152 over 7 years. this printer has cost me $less than $22 a year. I've occasionally had connective issues but that was my PC not my printer. When or IF this printer dies.. I'll definately buy another and upgrade to color as well.

This printer replaced a relatively newer model HP laserjet printer. The HP didn't like to print from anything other than a Windows computer. If you tried printing from an iPad or any other device, it would just sit there and do nothing. Even with my Windows computers the HP would not wake up from sleep mode half the time, and you had to reboot it to print. This simple little Brother printer is a bit louder, and doesn't have the fancy "print from email" (that also didn't work) that the HP had. However, it works every single time and prints from any device, including our phones. Sleep mode or not, it wakes up and prints just like it should. This one also prints duplex without you touching it...it prints one side, then pulls the paper back in and prints on the other side all on it's own. The stupid issues I experienced with the HP are a thing of the past from here on out. This printer is inexpensive, prints duplex and prints clearly from any device. I'm totally happy with it and recommend it to everybody!

This printer was easy to setup and worked wired and wirelessly with very little setup time. I can print from my Android or Apple products and any computer hooked up to my wifi. Replacement ink seemed cheap from Amazon and printing was good as long as you can live with black and white only. There is a slight delay when printing wirelessly for your printer to start working. BestBuy had the best price when I got this so for 100 or so I think a good printer so far.

Having recently moved from Florida to the Mid-Atlantic, we knew some items were bound to be damaged and rendered useless by our destination. So I was devastated but not surprised to find my printer was among the casualties. Needing something that could print quickly, quietly and wirelessly, I purchased the Brother - Wireless Mono Laser Printer. Not only was I able to easily connect it to all my devices, I find that the ink cartridge lasted much longer than I anticipated. The only challenge we experience is the printer's tendency to go into deep sleep mode when not in use - waking it up is like waking up a teenager before noon. But once it does, it works better than some of the more expensive printers I've had in the past. If you are in need of mass printing opportunity, but don't need color - then this printer is definitely one to consider!

This printer is not expensive and delivers great results. It's quick, it works wirelessly, it's fairly cheap to replace the ink toner (if you don't use the OEM ones) and it's pretty reliable. I like that I can print directly from iPad/iPhone without worrying if my computer is on. I recommend it.

The purpose for this printer was for my boyfriends mobile office. It's hooked up to the car and works amazing for when he is on the go during his work day. We actually have one at home also. Very very fast printer and very easy to connect at home. Connecting to the car was challenging but once it was set up it worked amazing.
