Customer Ratings & Reviews

I am very pleased with the purchase of my Brother - INKvestment 4555 Wireless Color All-in-One Inkjet Printer. It was very easy to set up and I was able to start using right away. I purchased it for personal use and for organizations I volunteer with. T^his is my second all-in-one printer from Brother and I highly recommend their products. I also appreciate that the ink is reasonably priced and is an excellent product.

This is my 3rd printer in the past 5 yrs. The other 2 had issues staying connected to the WiFi. This Brother printer was the EASIEST to connect - VERY VERY Easy and it stays connected! The printed papers are great! Just too easy - and I have been very FRUSTRATED with the previous 2 printers (not Brother products)!

Printer works amazing. No hiccups whatsoever. We're watching a movie the other night and it started making a noise on its own and I was like what's going on. It was self-cleaning. I thought that was pretty cool. Anyway, I recommend it

This is my 3rd Brothers Printer - it is dependable, easy to hookup, practically cleans itself and the ink replacement is easy and cheaper than other printers. I like the two drawer on the front - less messing around changing paper. Awesome online software programs if your into making cards & photos. Need Help setting up.....simply call them.

I got rid of a horrible HP SmartJet & chose this Brother. WOW ~ what a difference~easy set-up, terrific prints & newer features. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PRINTER & YOU WILL BE TOO!

I would say these are the best 20 multi- functional printers I have bought for my employees in years, this exact model does copy, scan - dual sided, can Bluetooth to your phone and Wi-Fi to other computers, has an app for the computer and the phone so you can monitor it or setup auto billing if you let it decide when it needs new ink, but still gives you the ability to walk up to the scanner for those old timers. who refuse to learn new technology - so they can still do all the same things, but you do it the old way of scanning. The best part is you can go wallet size with photos all the way up to what I believe is 11"-17". Also, if you register with best buy the actual buy date you get the first free years for free. I used best buys perk and paid of the best buy credit card, so I haven't really paid for them. I used to buy laser printers for people and put 1 in every 4-man office, and I only did laser because of cost per print and print speed, but that isn't true anymore. The part that grabs the paper is too thin for the injects not to bleed through they have to be thicker. The laser printers use an imaging system that cost half the cost of a 3k laser printer. Now because of high level business class inject options that dont cost that much more you can choose to get a printer per person or use it as a central printer. Plus, they usually last about 8 years, while anyone who has owned a laser knows you are paying to get it fixed at some point and it will be costly. On top of all that if you use it for pictures, it will fail you as I have bought 13k, 21k, and 25k lasers and my $399 inject last longer and printers better. If it does fail than normal, I can easily fix it or someone from best buy comes to replace it with the new model.

I absolutely love this printer! I’m using it in a small office, and it has worked flawlessly. The print and copy functions are excellent, and everything is very user-friendly. I saw some reviews saying setup was difficult, but I had no trouble at all—it was quick and easy to connect.

I love this printer. I have a lot of different printers, trying to find the right one for my small business need for printing labels for my herbal products. This Brother printer is excellent. It was very easy to setup, load the ink ( that has been an issue with other printers, and most of all the labels are clear and readable.

This printer has speed, excellent color, is quiet and was very easy to set up. My past printers were HP. This printer's price point for the quality lives up to its promise.

I like everything about this all in 1 printer except you can't set the fax to pick up later than 4 rings so it interferes my answering machine. I can set my answering machine for 3 rings but doesn't give me much time to answer the phone if I so desire.

Quality great price easy setup works perfect we recommend to anyone

It took me a while to buy a brother printer and I am so glad I did. The ease of setup and registration was amazing compared to other brands. The only issue I am working on is the output of my scanner not showing images. However, I would surely buy another Brother printer. Looking forward to working with Brother.

made super cheapbut i am going to assume all printers are. Does all functions well. You have to go online and download functions which doesnt tell you in the minimal instructions that come with it.

❤️❤️❤️ this Brother Printer. Super Super EASY TO SET UP AND CONNECT TO WIFI. Prints beautiful pages! Very pleased with this Brother printer.

Great quality, Like the printing quality. Great Product.

Very good printer; good resolution, prints rapidly and very good value.

I needed a secondary printer, and this one was the right capacity in terms of functions for the use that I needed it for. I also like that it’s the tank ink and not cartridges.

This printer works very well, is easy to use, and prints quickly, accurately, and cleanly.
