The Brother MFC-J1010DW all in one is compact, lightweight enough that a 77 yr old can carry. All features work properly: printer, scanner, fax; easy to setup & connect to the internet. I purchased mine August 2025 for home use. Only issue encountered: a plastic piece came off the ink cartridge area door. I was able to install cartridges, close door & use.

So far so good. Last one that I snagged for this price. Seems high with other stores so I decided to buy the last one. Sold out in other Best Buy stores, so took the drive and grabbed the last one. Easy to install. After 6 years with the cheap Canon printer decided to get this one. I hear a lot of great things from Brother so this might be the printer for years since I don’t print much anymore. There’s also a trial for the ink. All in one, scan, print, fax (although I won’t use the fax). Printing is quiet and fast.

I bought an HP printer, but it was complete garbage print quality. So I returned it and bought this instead. The printer is pretty quiet. I have it connecting via air print. Print quality is good. If you're looking for a photo printer, This will not be it. this works great for printing documents, airplane tickets, packaging, labels, etc. For the price I think it is perfect.

Amazing printer so far.. comes with ink included.. so you are set for a few months.. ( buy paper) easy to set up..(super easy just read the instructions on the screen.. easy to connect to your home wifi (doesn't come with the usb cable but i didn't have to use one) for a $99 printer it works amazing... and i don't usually give reviews..

This is by far the BEST printer I have had. I had another brand for years and constantly struggled to just print basic items AND it took up so much space! Enter this Brother Wireless Color All in one! Set up was easy even with it having to be installed into my work laptop with strict security protocols (my IT helped but it was easy breezy). It's quiet, it prints fast, it seems to update on it's own, and it has never once dropped my wireless information forcing me to reenter the information. The printer is perfect and the price was right. Even the ink cartridges are decent. I would recommend this printer to everyone.

I had difficulty connecting the printerand reached out to customer support for this printer He courteously walked me thru every option explaining as he went. I was then able to figure out what was wrong with my computer and get everything working. I like this printer it does exactly what I need it to. I haven't tried printing photos but for my work needs it is quick quiet and convenient.

Weighing the cost versus performance this is an excellent ink jet color printer, copier and scanner. The set up was very easy and the wireless connection no problem. The use of individual ink cartridges gets around the waste of having a tri-color cartridge. The intuitive buttons and LCD screen makes for easy "no brainer" operation with visual ink levels and ques. This may be old school to some but after using the HP "neuvo" status link with an iPhone link left the decision to switch to this Brother unit. And it fit the shelf where my previous HP ink-jet all in one printer resided! Note: I was a long time HP printer user.

I love my new Brother printer, it’s easy to set up, functions are simple, print quality is great, the price was right. My old Brother printer stopped working, it was 20+ yrs old. We needed a new printer and there was no question about which printer to buy. My new Brother printer will probably be around longer than me. Thanks for a great printer!

Good little 3-in-1 for the price. We no longer needed a big workhorse printer, and this fits the bill perfectly with its small size and ability to print wirelessly.

Easy setup easy to use and it prints beautifully on all kinds of paper

It's a solid all-in-one printer for home or light office use. Its compact design, wireless functionality, and decent print quality make it a great choice for those who don’t need heavy-duty performance. However, its slower speeds and lack of advanced features may leave power users wanting more.

Working really good and the ink size is pretty small so had to change like every 2 weeks (us) but if you using it for house and hardly print anything or school it would be good. Maybe last for a month

This is a well-made, basic printer printer that does exactly what I need it to do. It has worked perfectly every time, and the ink is a much better price that cheaper printers. It was the best price and warranty, and Best Buy shipped it free because of our Total tech membership, along with a follow-up call to help in case of any set-up issues

This printer works well for us. Very functional. The only negative we find is that the user buttons are sometimes confusing because the command is printed over the button, and sometimes it's difficult to see on first glance which button belongs to which command.
