I had an older version of this printer that lasted many years. When that one demonstrated wear and tear, I looked to Brother for another printer because of the quality of the product I previously owned. The plus about this printer is that it is wireless, which I did not realize how much I would appreciate, until having it. I have not used the fax yet, so I cannot speak to that, but the scanner is good and I like duplex printing and scanning, which were also not on the older version. The one downside of this new printer is the ink refills. My other computer ink cartridges lasted several years. While I have had this printer for months, I am being prompted to buy another cartridge. This is still a good quality brand and I like Brother printers.

Great printer. Easy to set up and use. Although I thought I would never use the fax feature it has already come in handy a couple of times. A lot of government agencies, Drs. and lawyers still prefer the security of a fax for sending documents than through email. Use it in my home office and it’s a good little workhorse. Small footprint permits me to use it on top of a file cabinet.

It is the best decision I made to replace an inkjet printer. This does not print color but give you a lot more printed pages at high speed. The only problem I had was setting up with my laptop. It took me too much time to connect my laptop through WiFi. I had to get cable to connect it with the printer for initial setup. You also have to insert the cd in the laptop that comes with it to download the program. It was not easy for me, but the end result was good. Once I connected it with my laptop I did not have to connect my mobile phone with the printer it connected through the laptop itself. Overall it is a good printer for every day home or small business use.

Check out the images, this box was delivered to the BB store for me to pick up. Leave it to fedex to destroy a box. It was slammed so hard even the heavy inner styrofoam cushion was broken. I made a strong concern about its damage to the service agent at the pick up desk and she assured me if there was a problem I could bring it back. The reason I had it shipped to the store was I didnt want the gorillas that normally deliver to damage it. Surprise. In hindsight I should have rejected the order and insisted on a new one being shipped and received in better condition. The printer itself is a bit slower than I expected, clarity of the print is pretty good, fairly easy to set up other than the debacle that included going thru 2 BB agents who couldn't agree on the correct cable that I needed for my new Dell All in One 27" as I did not want to use it wireless. Who knows if something got jumbled inside the components during its joy ride from FedEx but I am not confident this printer will be as long lived as my original due to the way this was mistreated during shipment, my gut tells me it will cease working when I least expect it. Oh well. The next time Ill remember its not worth driving 30 mile round trip to pick up a package that could be delivered here in the same condition.

I thought this printer was easy to install. It has excellent print quality and duplex's rapidly. Definitely a winner.

This is thre most reliable WiFi printer I ever have. Easy to setup an d use with iPhone. I placed the order on-line and picked it up after about 1hour.. I will recommend this to my friend.

I work for Red Hat a Linux company and only run Linux distributions in my home / home office. I needed a reliable printer/scanner. This Brother printer works perfect with any modern Linux distribution. I can scan directly into XSane or VueScan and printing from any application is seamless. Great printer that has served me well for 2 years as a great home/office networked printer! Highly recommend.

We purchased the MFC-L-2750DW to replace our 8-year-old Brother. It was really easy to set up and use within minutes. We’ve used it for 2 months and over 7000 copies printed. We recommend that you purchase this Brother if you have a home office. J&D Shade

My last printer was over 10 years old& thus I wanted a new black & white printer. This had great reviews and update it’s been awesome. I can print from my IPhone, or my computer. Wireless , and scans, copies, &faxes with ease. I would recommend this printer without reservations.

Great Printer! I am amazed at quickly it prints and easily connects to multiple devices, we print from 2 different computers as well as tablets and phones! Not to mention it was super easy to set up!

I have owned previous Brother MFC’s, so I am no stranger to these. This one does not disappoint either, which is why I keep coming back to them. Easy to operate, a good value and very good results.

We've used this printer long enough to confirm it seems to function very well. It comes with only a one-sheet setup sheet so I downloaded a PDF of the reference guide and printed out additional instruction pages. I can't vouch for its fax function but the scan function and Wi-Fi work well. One complaint is that the print mechanism jams if you try to print on cardstock paper.

Working great. Easy setup. Still figuring out a few setting, but love it overall.

This is my third Brothers printer. This printer is easy to set up and use. The Brothers print app works well.

This is my third Brother printer and I just love it! They are so dependable and if there is a problem they will take care of it.

I returned it August 2021. Awful BANDING and VERY DARK when printing graphics. It was fine with text so if you are just interested in text, it shouldn't t be a problem -- which is why I gave it two stars. I've been used B&W Brother laser printers since 2008 and never had this problem. My 2nd one, a 7360, is still working and prints graphics and photos fine -- meaning no banding and tonally is what is on the computer monitor. After I saw the banding/darkness -- I googled and found pro reviews which mention these problems. One is PCMag and the other other is itpro.
